Slowest service I’ve experienced yet at a Starbucks. Six employees present, one customer inside. Five minutes before even being acknowledged. Two ovens present, but all orders going through only one. Also, and this reflects on Starbucks corporate not the employees, they are still doing the whole, WE will decide if and how much cream you get. Just put the cream out, you don’t have a single employee who understands the simple direct, ‘a very small amount of cream’. Every single one at every location dumps in a half a cup no matter what they’re told.

I am all about being patient. However, it took them over 20 minutes to serve a house coffee with sugar and cream. Several people who ordered specialty drinks after us were given their orders. I had to approach the cashier to ask about our order and was told that it was probably waiting for the food orders to be processed.

They have gotten dramatically slow. My last two visits - weeks apart have been consistently frustrating. I order from the app thinking from my past I can walk in and out. My average time over 43 minutes in the drive thru and today 28 minutes. Both times using the app to pre-order. Pre-order simply buys me a place in line.

Parking: I was in a 50 foot trailer with truck… I had to park behind Starbucks in a strip mall lot.
