This location continues to not care at all about the customer’s time. So disrespectful. People stop for coffee between things. Meaning most of the time we have somewhere to be. Do better.

This keeps happening when I get hot coffees. It’s barely above half full. It’s a rip off

Starbucks is Starbucks. Overpriced mediocre coffee and food - readily available.

I come here all the time and everyone is so friendly! Sarah, John, Carley, Maddy, and the rest of the morning crew all rock! They greet me by name and already know my order before I can even say it lol. Wonderful people and great service. ❤️

Over the last years I've gone here atleast once a week for a ham & Swiss croissant & a small drip coffee. Coffee is always good but I have a total of 17 croissants I've bought that I didn't eat for a variety of reasons. I've had 9 that didn't have ham in them, 1 didn't have cheese, 2 were super cold & the 5 were so stale they made croutons seem moist & flaky. I've brought my concerns to management & have never been offered a new fresh one or a refund. As a small business owner I know I'd go out of business if I didn't deliver what I promised. I know starbucks doesn't care about losing 1 customer but I prefer getting what i pay for.

They tend to rush the food, making it jumbled and messy in the bag. They also tend to short the drinks; hot coffee is typically missing between 2-4 ounces of liquid in each cup.

Cool old building, I'm not a Starbucks fan , their employees didn't welcome me in the and were not busy at that time

With shrinkflation hitting the market, this Starbucks seems to keep good portions with their sandwiches and drinks and I'm thankful for it.

Visiting a Starbucks drive-through is a convenient and efficient way to get your coffee fix, especially during a busy day. The experience combines the quality and variety of Starbucks beverages with the ease of staying in your car, making it ideal for those on the go.The process is straightforward: you drive up to the ordering kiosk, where you're greeted by a friendly barista. The menu is clearly displayed, making it easy to choose from Starbucks' extensive selection of coffees, teas, and snacks. Whether you're craving a classic latte, a refreshing iced tea, or a seasonal specialty drink, the drive-through menu offers the full range of options you’d expect from a Starbucks café.One of the standout aspects of the Starbucks drive-through is the consistency of service. Despite the quick pace, baristas typically manage to maintain the same level of friendliness and attention to detail as they do inside the store. They often ask for your name, ensure your order is correct, and even engage in brief, pleasant conversation, which adds a personal touch to the experience. The efficiency of the drive-through is another highlight. Even during peak hours, the line moves relatively quickly, thanks to the well-organized system and the baristas' ability to handle orders promptly. The waiting time is minimal, and you can get your favorite beverage and snack without much delay. In terms of quality, the drinks and food items are prepared to the same high standards as those served inside the café. Whether you're ordering a simple brewed coffee or a more complex Frappuccino, the taste and presentation are consistently good.

The service was terrible. We both felt like we were talked down to. They acted like we were interrupting a conversation when we walked up to the counter.

The staff were very friendly. I don't use the Starbucks app so the workers were very patient with me on telling me how to use it.
