i went through the drive thru this morning ordered a cold brew and a sandwich, got to the window was handed my sandwhich and i’m assuming they forgot my drink or it got lost…. after sitting there for about 5 minutes i asked as a line was forming, the girl working the window sighs hands me a drink that’s clearly not mine and says “okay? we have a line” and motioned me to leave……

I want to give a big compliment to Starbucks on Cleveland Avenue in Tumwater. The employees are friendly and provide good service. The store is clean and bright and welcoming. But this review goes out to Annika who went above and beyond and helped jump start my car battery in the parking lot. I’m so appreciative. I want her manager and district manager to know what an excellent employee they have here, which I’m sure they already do. Thank you, Annika!

I have been to this Starbucks countless of times. While their customer service is great for the most part, they always get my order wrong. For whatever reason they state they can and will make SALTED cold foam but every time I get my drink it is 100% not salted. I’ve brought my drink back twice in one day once to have it remade to how I ordered and paid for it, I got a huge amount of attitude from the guy who remade it and it STILL didn’t have SALTED cold foam. It is incredibly frustrating and definitely don’t recommend coming to this location if you want salted cold foam.

Friendly staff. Just beware of drug users occupying restrooms. This location used to be a great place for the kiddos to hang and do some homework. But as of recent there have been more unhoused individuals causing disruption and visible drug use outside this location and in their restrooms.
