I eat here weekly for 2 years and haven't been disappointed yet. NAOMI is hands down the best sandwiches maker I've had the pleasure of assembling a sandwich at any subway location for the past 20 years. Naomi deserves recognition for her attention to detail and great work ethic. I hope she is addressed accordingly.

Best subway I’ve ever been to - such attentive, detailed and kind staff whose attitudes made my day better. Veggies were fresh, tuna was not too liquidy like other franchises I’ve been to.
Can’t handle the simple task of asking for extra toasty. Be better.

I've had good and bad experience with Subway, but this one was the best. My turkey sandwich was all it should have been, just the way I wanted it. I felt like I walked out of there with a decent meal without overpaying!

I called this subway on Capitol way, Tumwater WA over 20 times today 1/28/24. What's the deal? How can one order over the phone for pickup if no one answers? I had my boyfriend sitting outside across the street at McDonald's just to see if they were busy. NOPE not one customer, but they can't/don't answer the phone? Who the hell is the owner because being a former subway manager for (6 years in my younger days) this is totally unacceptable service. I can't believe it. If I could rate this place ZERO I definitely would!

Morningish 11am I got 3 sandwiches, Naomi was super sweet and had patience for me to figure out my money on my bank card and then she was super quick to get my sandwiches made , they were amazing. She had great customer service and I appreciate her being there! Thank u
