Worker refused to put the sauce on after the vegetables. The sauce soaks into the bread if you put it on first. Very frustrating that she was willing to die on that hill while I’m just asking for the sauce to be put on after veggies. Not coming back to this location. Seemed like a power trip.

Giving only one star because the manager Krystal is rude every time I have come into this establishment and she treats her employees like garbage in front of customers. She makes it an unpleasant experience. Every other employee is great and provides wonderful customer service besides her.

Employee didn’t know how to activate a promotion, so I ended up paying full price for two subs a month & a half ago, leaving my details (including name & number) and have not gotten a call back.

Avoid this location as the staff is neither knowledgeable, or helpful.

Idk why Crystal has bad customer report and wanted to talk over me while asking for a certain employee but thats what happend when i called in and wasnt talking in a rude manner when it wasnt needed i wasnt being rude i had asked if a certain person was there and got lied to told that, that worker wasnt there and cut me off while speaking to say over and over again "can i take a message" like 4 times so just all around rude i would never work for someone that treats there customers like that you need to be a good example if you want to have good employees she obviously needs to be closely paid attention to by the higher up management

Food pretty typical for a Subway. The reason for the low stars is the service. Been here twice and two of the three employees were great. One employee, missed her name but she wore glasses and is younger, she was completely fake and rude. One of those people that is sarcastic and mean with a big smile on their face. For example, I asked for a bag and the response I got was "I'm getting there". When I walked in it was empty and this same employee was on her phone but she called another woman from the back to start my order. The other woman was older and sweet as pie.

So, we stopped in real quick just to get some water to take over to the cemetery as the cemetery had there water shut off. We bought a foot long cookie also, just for being able to get water. The cookie was $5.00. the total bill came out to be $12.67! That was $7.67 FOR WATER... Won't be back.

Totally disappointed in the customer service. Unfriendly staff. Absolutely manhandled my sandwich didn't cook it all the way through didn't break up my meat I mean it was just disgusting I honestly could not even finish my sandwich when I took it home. They ripped my bread and then tried to act like they didn't when all I did was ask them to wrap it separately and Mark it so that I would eat that one first. I don't even care about my grammar and punctuation in this post I'm just so horrified and disgusted that I spent money here to be treated like that and have my food be absolute garbage. This is not what I expect out of subway. I had to play Russian roulette with all my six inches, hoping I got the right sandwich. I wouldn't do such a negative review it's just I keep going back to that Subway and I keep having the worst customer service and the nastiest sandwiches.

Dietary restrictions: Asked for salad options, made a sandwich into a salad option. $15 for a bowl of lettuce with uncut slices of meat thrown on top. Extremely difficult to eat or cut with the plastic utensils. So much for trying to make a healthy option.

Good customer service always makes the biggest difference. The food is decent, what you would expect from Subway. But the biggest difference in comparison to my last subway experience. Was that the guy who made our sandwiches was super nice.
