Food was average subway food but I am making this review because of the terrible customer service. An associate James,not the manager the other James that works there. His last name is night I believe.. no kind of smile,no courtesy,no thank u! Nothing! Such a bad attitude not understanding that customer service comes with the job… never coming back

I had a really good experience at Safeway thanks to Aspen! Even though it looked like she might be new, she was doing her absolute best to get everything done quickly and properly. She was very kind and clearly trying hard to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s great to see someone who cares about doing a good job. Keep it up, Aspen — you're doing GREAT...!;)

Is it that hard to follow a printed list of instructions? I ordered through doordash. Everything is printed out correctly on the receipt that was delivered with the order but you... Forgot the cheese, didn't toast the sandwich, gave me the wrong bread, and gave me the wrong chips!!! If I had known it'd be this bad I wouldn't have ordered. If I was this bad at my job I would have been fired the first day. It can't possibly be this difficult for you to just follow a printed list. How much easier could it get? Waste of $20.

Horrible attitude and real stingy with choices. Lettuce was all welted. And the best part is they don’t take gift cards. Shouldn’t be a pick and choose option.

I stopped this subway at 9:20 am today. I was worry about bad reviews but we were lucky. The worker there named bo was really polite. Also Sandwiches was excellent. We had good experience with her. Thanks :)

Just an Opinion
Friday 11/01/2024 around 10:30 AM a mean female young lady was serving at Subway with bad attitude. I provided the date and time so that management can pinpoint who this employee was whom had no etiquettes to deal with customers. I just asked her to put some tomatoes on my sandwich from the crisp looking stack and she gave me a lecture that she just cut them today. The point was not when she cut them, the point was how old was this produce that didn’t look good to my eyes (smooshed). I insisted tomatoes from my choice of stack she complied with nasty attitude but rest of the ingredients were rushed. Oh boy did she have bad attitude. For a second I wanted to say keep the sandwich I’ll go to Mc Donalds but I respected the food that was already on the sandwich. I couldn’t see it going into the trash because of her stupidity. I will come back but won’t order from her (nasty attitude girl)if she’s serving. The food was good and this Pilot truck stop is my favorite. Everyone else has great attitude in this truck stop.
