Over the course of three recent visits to this Subway location, I have been disappointed to find that they are consistently unable to offer the seasonal cranberry sauce and stuffing sandwich as advertised. The first time, they were out of dressing, and on the two subsequent occasions, including this morning, I was told they didn't have time to make the stuffing. Each time I was the only person waiting to place an order. During one visit, an individual wearing a Subway uniform claimed not to be an employee of Subway giving the impression of exemption of the promotion. I reported my concerns to the convenience store cashier, but it seems the franchise is not committed to supporting seasonal promotions. Conversely, I went to a different Subway location and was provided outstanding customer service and was invited to join their rewards program.

I hadn’t been to this Subway in a while because it used to feel dirty, the employees seemed unhappy, and the quality never matched the price. Today, I decided to give it another chance — and I’m glad I did.
The employee working (I believe her name was Bethany) was fantastic. The place was very clean, and she was actively cleaning when I walked in. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. She handled my sandwich with care, and I didn’t notice any cross-contamination at all. The sandwich itself looked great, and when my wife and I ate it, it tasted even better. This was the quality and portion size I expect and love from Subway — everything was fresh, the toppings were just right, and even the salt and pepper were perfectly balanced.
Bethany is exactly the kind of employee I’d keep around if I owned a business. I’d definitely come back again, especially if she’s working.

I am a driver and come there often. I came in off the road and was welcomed with a smile and great attitude by your employee, I believe his name is Aiden. He gave me some ideas on healthy choices to choose from. He made my meal and time there very enjoyable. Food and service was excellent!

Had an amazing experience with Aaiden ( i believe that’s how to spell it) He was super helpful on picking a good sandwich and made it super yummy!! Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon

Food was average subway food but I am making this review because of the terrible customer service. An associate James,not the manager the other James that works there. His last name is night I believe..
no kind of smile,no courtesy,no thank u! Nothing! Such a bad attitude not understanding that customer service comes with the job… never coming back

I had a really good experience at Safeway thanks to Aspen! Even though it looked like she might be new, she was doing her absolute best to get everything done quickly and properly. She was very kind and clearly trying hard to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s great to see someone who cares about doing a good job. Keep it up, Aspen — you're doing GREAT...!;)

Is it that hard to follow a printed list of instructions? I ordered through doordash. Everything is printed out correctly on the receipt that was delivered with the order but you... Forgot the cheese, didn't toast the sandwich, gave me the wrong bread, and gave me the wrong chips!!! If I had known it'd be this bad I wouldn't have ordered. If I was this bad at my job I would have been fired the first day. It can't possibly be this difficult for you to just follow a printed list. How much easier could it get? Waste of $20.

Horrible attitude and real stingy with choices. Lettuce was all welted. And the best part is they don’t take gift cards. Shouldn’t be a pick and choose option.

Rude service so I walked away and went to McDonald’s where the employees are nice.

They were very nice and it was clean and the vegetables were fresh. I would come back to eat here again.
