I ordered online for here and almost everything was great, though in my crunchwrap that I ordered, I removed the tomatoes, but the tomatoes were left in, that is my only complaint.

I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and then was given a cheesy double beef instead and it was a single bite of beef at the beginning and then straight beans afterwards

Tried to order food 20 minutes before close and they refused. We understand, but we tried to use the restroom as we were leaving and they said we couldn’t, even though they are closing 20 min early. We communicated we’ve been driving all day and needed a bathroom, which was met with a snarky “Sorry we are closed sooooo….”. Terrible attitude and absolutely lack of humanity.

Here’s a great idea for future orders- making sure the burrito’s you guys make are fully wrapped before giving it to the costumer before sending it off. Thing was falling apart and soggy once I got to sit and try to eat it. I was there and got the same order yesterday and it was a pleasant experience with the staff and had the same meal be perfectly fine and not falling apart. Can’t say the same for today.

I mean it's Taco Bell. If you were looking for 5-star service and the best food ever, you're not coming here. A quick bite or a craving is typically why you came.

Was there at 2am and only customer in drive thru. Our app order didn't go thru so we were fixing it when, not 5 seconds later, a female told us to park. Again, only car in drive thru. Pulled around quickly and my order was there. Ordered grilled double cheesy beef burritos and they weren't grilled and no chipotle in them. Employees were grumpy too. Won't be returning to this location.

This is the only taco bell in the area worth going to, aways clean and they are on top of it.. fast and the order is always correct. Don't waste time going to the other tumwater location, it's trash.. do yourself a favor and just go to this one
