Casual spot, with a bar and pull tabs! The service was friendly and quick. We got the mozzarella sticks which I thought were delicious. Major cheese pulls. I do wish the marinara sauce was a little more saucy. Our main entrees were fine but just a little too salty. The chili was great though. And the prices were reasonable!

The pizza is really good and always hot when it arrives. I had a taco salad and it was stuffed full. The waitress was really nice and made sure my kids had everything they needed. Our drinks were never empty and we got to take some pizza home for later because we had a little more than we could hold but their pizza is good cold the next day. I would probably eat it from inside a couch cushion if I found it, it's that good . Next time I will try the Reuben!!!Kid-friendliness: The staff waited on my kids like they were kings. My family and I tried this place for the first time and it was amazing! Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was fantastic! Taylor C was our waitress and she made sure that we were all well taken care of. We will definitely be back, not only because of the food, but because of the service. Food is okay and service is meh. It depends on the server, I've met good ones and better ones, but no bad servers. The most annoying thing is the sound that comes from the kitchen sounds like someone is plucking a very loose guitar string. I have no idea what it is, but it is very consistent.

We just had lunch at the Brick on Trosper. The waitress was Allie and she was efficient and pleasant., the Turkey grinder was good but the salad had old brown lettuce. Not good. Another waitress was helpful too but I didn't get her name. We were there at noon on Wednesday the 27th. Thanks for good service.

It's said that a good test of a chef's skill is to ask them to cook an egg because if they can't cook a simple dish well, they probably can't cook a complex dish at all. In this regard, The Brick fails miserably. I ordered a cheese omelet and country potatoes. The eggs and potatoes were both overcooked and the onions and peppers (the country part of country potatoes) appeared to have been microwaved and added as an afterthought. It's been a long time since I saw such an apathetic attempt at a remarkably easy and simple dish. You might think, well, maybe it was crowded. It was not. Additionally, the table smelled of mildew, suggesting they don't even know how to manage their cleaning supplies. On a positive note, the waitstaff weren't entirely unpleasant if you're into brusque service. Perhaps they were having an off day but I'll never know because the only way I'd go back is by force.

I came in with my friends for a drink on 3/2/24. We hadn't been to this location before and were served by Lilly D (who didn't introduce herself and we only found out when she asked if we wanted our checks). We asked about happy hour drinks and attempted to order margaritas. After asking if they were on the happy hour menu she said oh no they're not. We asked how much they cost and she rudely said let me check. When we asked how much a beer was she didn't respond. The place was empty and she acted like she didn't hear us. We again asked the question and she said it depends on the beer. One of our margaritas tasted off and we asked for white sauce to go with an appetizer. This request also made this employee act like we were asking her to go above and beyond. One of our friends was trying to pay with tap to pay. Lilly became irritated and huffed and said under her breath, "I'll just go ahead and comp your food." This employee was very unwelcoming and my friends and I WILL NOT be back to this location.

Mediocre biscuits and gravy, Biscuits were not as big as advertised, And only as much gravy as what covered the biscuit, I'm talking only the top of the biscuit had gravy, And regular hash browns, Oh yeah and a glass full of Ice for my Coke.
I keep trying to like their food but it just isn't good. I had nachos and they dry and boring. My friend chicken strips. She said that was the only thing they couldn't ruin. Sorry, I wish it had good food.

Today, 2-16-2024, ordered the Prawn basket as we have done many times in last one and a half plus years. They were NOT Prawns at all but regular shrimp, heavily breaded to appear larger. When ordered, no mention by waitperson that there was a big change in product. Both our orders were .mostly breading. Very obvious change a d shortchange. May have made $ more on us today but we will not be cheated again as former regular customers. . We told waitperson. She shrugged, said she would tell chef. Like he didn't already know. You have lost much more than you gained today. Respect. Confidence and regular customer.

I Absolutely Love the Brick and the food. Mike and Rich are amazing owners and genuinely care about making sure your dining experience is the very best. They keep the Pull-Tabs constant and fun for all and have an amazing assortment of TV’s for watching multiple games and from every angle. I highly recommend and encourage all to try both the pizza and breakfast.
