It's a new establishment so I thought I would go give it a try. Did I make a mistake, yes. The person that was filling my fry box drop some on the counter and I watched them put it back in my container then when they were trying to put it in a bag, they also drop some. We're putting them back in my container when I told them not to so I got a half a basket of fries with my order! The fries were good just not what I paid for. My burger was also not hot, so guess where I'm not going anymore.

Food was delicious, The staff was kind and courteous, especially Philip He didn’t hesitate to take my order and didn’t get upset with me when I changed my order multiple times very kind and courteous man! If only everyone was like Philip in the fast food industry, it would be a pleasant experience every time!

The ai for taking drive thru orders is horrible and makes everything take longer as people then drive up to get their orders fixed. After the system messes up

Food is quite exquisite, I trust every visit that these joyous employees will cook my food so it meets the high Wendys standards!! The employee Xavier is a really nice young man, and a great employee!! Highly recommend.

Their AI sucks and prices don't match their website.

We went at night and the AI screen was BLINDINGLY bright. I was not able to read all of the menu items from the passengers seat either because of the way the screen is shaped. The AI ordering system is horribly slow and unnecessary. The food was ok but the nuggets were soggy. I can see why others have a low opinion of this location.

Service wasn't great, employees weren't rude but they weren't kind either. Order took ~10 minutes because they mixed us up with another customer (this is at 7 in the evening when there are like two other customers) because they didn't double check the computer. The food was all correct and tasted good though.

At this location as of today apparently sauce does not come with meals and it’s a “hassle” to get some after you already paid lol. Corporate wya this location needs new employees.

I gave fast food a try due to my work hrs. Boy was I wrong. The staff wasn't a issue (wanted to get that out of the way) they were fine. The food was a huge let down. The fries weren't even good and the cheese wasn't even melted. The cob salad...tiny as hell and the ranch and crispy onion packet was 4 months expired. The salad was 12 bucks and it's that small! Never again....

Location could be 5 stars but you always have to wait. They don't have mobile order ready when you arrive, they take forever either way. Food is good, one of the better Wendy's in that sense, nice people. Very very slow tho. Benefit? At least your food is always fresh. I ordered Dave's double, spicy chicken sandwich, and two junior bacon cheeseburgers as well. Everything made correctly for everyone, no issues.

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant ive ever seen. The employees are very nice but execution is so bad. Since the store in tumwater opened ive probably went there 10 times. Their frostys are never really good like ever other wendys, maybe 3 times they were ok 4 times almost ok and 3 times chocolate milk. They have the slowest drive thru and when you finally get to the window the frosty is sitting there. This is a new store, never having the frostys frozen is user error and 100% a management issue. I could get a frosty at the tacoma wendys drive back to tumwater amd it will for sure be better then getting it at the tumwater wendys.
But im not commenting to shit on them, ive worked it restaurants for a long tine and I can tell by the loom on the employees face that they add either really understaffed or have so much turnover that somebody is always training. I hate to say it but tumwater wemdys clearly has horrible managers that lack high standards themselves and that is just trickling down..
Poach a couple really good assistant managers from well ran wemdys so they can help right the ship...
I never leave negative reviews bit that place is horrible. Im not exaggerating, I got a raw burger there. A raw burger at wrmdys. And they cant figure out how to freeze the frosty. Its just sad because the employees amd general manager I talked to are always so nice.

Our favorite stops Wendy's, as we traveled throughout the country with an RV. Fast order, no waiting long, surroundings are clean especially the restroom. Excellent customer service by Caylen, Theo. The staff are hard working and friendly like Dedra.

So normally I have amazing experiences with Wendy's but tonight was different. I had the Boo Coupon book and wanted to know how to use the coupon on the kiosk. Looked like one employee was working while others stood around, mind you, other customers were waiting to order or on their order. Was finally able to ask my question and order, was told to grab my cups and wait for the rest to be done. Order was ready in a few minutes like normal, but when they forgot the sauces for the nuggets, the employee said they cost extra, even though it was included with each order. They gave them to me and I sat down. Kids meals were short on fries, nuggets were cold and my baconator was barely cooked. Went to order the free Jr Frosties and took 15 minutes just to order, only two orders in front of me and the employees looked like they were not happy to be there. Also, its a health issue if your employees have gloves on, touch things in or around the trash can and not change out the gloves. Some didnt wear gloves or hairnets. Tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. Maybe just an off day for them but definitely more training needs to be done.
