I ordered pizza to celebrate my bday with my family. Everyone loved it. The crust is amazing, the sauce was great and had just the right amount. I forgot to order extra cheese, but really there was no need to. We will definitely be back. This place is so much better than places like pizza hut, domino's, papa Murphys, etc.

Save your money. Go to 7/11 or Little Caesars. Or if you want to spend the kind of money you will at westside but want GOOD pizza, there’s Vic’s, Old School, Dirty Dave’s, BCP, Farellis, the Rock etc. For another cheaper but tastier option, try the Pilot on 93rd also.

Pizza wasn't good,, a large is more like a medium and seemed overcooked. The breadsticks were the worst I've ever had - overcooked, flat and hard - marinara sauce wasn't terrible. I had to wait 25 minutes after the time they said I could pickup the pizza, and the service wasn't friendly at all - like talking to a robot. Would probably never return due to bad pizza and breadsticks, wasting my time making me wait, and poor customer service.

Best pizza in town is the Death By Pizza. Full of toppings and always perfectly cooked. The cheese goes on top of the pizza and gives a lovely texture, it also keeps all the toppings in place!Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant but can eat half a grand pizza without suffering

Got coupons in the mail for this place when it opened. Sorry to say I did not enjoy the pizza however. It was bland and rather greasy and gave me a stomachache. I would recommend some of the local pizza places in Olympia.

To be fair I did not experience the atmosphere, I ordered some from doordash, but I got to tell you it was absolutely delicious! Crust is really good, it's crispy where it should be, and soft where it should be. sauce was excellent and I like the little herbs they sprinkled on top, great job ?Kind of reminds me of a old school deep dishDelicious ?Vegetarian options: I appreciate a dairy free option for cheese

Our pizza was over 40 late and we had to ask for a refund.This place has sent mailer ads so we decided to try them out on a day that my wife was recovering from multiple dental surgeries as a nice treat on a rough day.Scheduled a delivery for 630pm at 5pm.Call #1 at 645pm: called to check in and they said it was "about to go out."Call #2 at 715pm: The manager argued with the worker answering the phone and they couldn't complete the delivery. We had to request a refund. I assume they delivered to the wrong address (but the person on the phone was able to confirm our address on the order was correct).Zero chance we'll bother ordering from this place again.Brewery City delivers fast and effectively tho!

Pizza is always good here! Calzone, brownies, everything that I order here is always a hit. The reason why I couldn't give them a 5 star was because of my last order. I received coupons in the mail but when I called to confirm if I can use them, a woman answered the phone, but she sounds a little rough on the edges, unlike the other female order takers. When I asked about the coupons, she didn't even tell me that she was going to ask about it, she just flat out hollered to someone far away. A man with a heavy accent took my call but I have no idea if he understood what I was asking him. He just asked if I was picking up which I said no since I want them delivered. He asked to text me photos of the coupons & will text me back, but I didn't get a call back or even a text to tell me yes or no. This was the only time I received a strange service. All the other calls were good, as well as the delivery. But I'm still going to get my pizza here, food is always good!
Ordered to go pizza and wings. Was not happy with my order overall. Here is the break down: 1. Pizza - flavor was ok. Dough was very soggy and doughy. 2. Wings - tiny tiny wings. And has a couple of weird pieces that were the connecting parts between midsection and drummers. See picture attached. 3. Came to pick my order at selected time and my food was not ready. I witnessed my food being packaged. The person handled my food was not wearing any gloves. I saw him used his fingers to pick up the wings and put them in boxes, and used the same fingers to touch the touch screen monitor. That kinda grossed me out. Overall pretty disappointed. Won't return. Came to pick up at selected time and order was not ready.

I would NOT recommend this pizza place. We decided to try it since it is fairly new to the area and we had received coupons in the mail. We ordered online, but there was not a coupon code for the coupon we were trying to use, so we opted to pay in the store. Once in the store the cashier conveniently forgot to apply the coupon and then handed it back saying we could use it next time (there will be no next time). We waited around for 30 minutes for the pizza we had ordered online. Finally we asked again about our pizza and a lady working there pulled it off the warming shelf. It had been sitting there the whole time!!!!! Needless to say when we got the pizza home it was not hot, so of course it was not that great. There seemed to be an ok amount of toppings but we expected a much better pizza and service from this chain restaurant. We would have been happier ordering from Dominos, it would have been much quicker and would have cost less, we would have received hot pizza and we could have given our "rounding up change" to St. Jude's research hospital.
