We have tried several times to purchase a pretzel or pretzel nuggets when we've gone to the mall but they never have them ready. We always have to wait 10-15 minutes. This time we waited. We purchased an order of the large pretzel nuggetts. They used to be thick, soft, and chewy. This time they were thin and hard. Almost like they were older but we watched them take the pan out of the oven. I sadly think I'll pass next time we're shopping at the mall.

Asked for two cups of pretzels. As they were handing us the two cups, one of them spilled on the counter. The worker picked them up with tongs but then tried giving them to us. I asked for fresh pretzels. They put the spilled cup of pretzels BACK into the case to be sold to someone else.

I downloaded the app to get a deal. Luckily, exactly what I wanted was included in a deal. So i selected the deal, waited for about ten minutes in line to order, then was informed that because they didn't have what was required for the deal to work, they wouldn't honor the online coupon. I'm so sorry that you guys didn't have it in stock, but that's not my problem. It's yours. Honor your coupons the best you're able, offer me other products to work in the coupon, or don't participate in the app.

If I could leave none I would. Someone passed out in the mall went to go get water they said they don’t do transactions under 2 dollars. Asked for just a small cup with a little bit of water they said yeah we don’t do that here.

don’t get me wrong - the pretzels were very good. it’s the lack of customer service that i rate this place a one star. last night, my partner and i asked for two cups of salted pretzels. at first, me and my partner were told the pretzels were being made and would take 25 minutes. no big deal. we walked around the mall a little bit and then made our way back over. when we got back it was the same guy that told us the 25 minute wait. so we said the same thing again. he VERY rudely said “we only have this one cup. that’s it. are you gonna take it or not?” instead of saying something on the lines of “im sorry, we only have this one cup. will that be alright?” very displeased with this experience and will probably not go back if he is the one at the register. managers: train your cashiers on how to do customer service because he was very rude and did not understand what customer service means.

Employees are rude, lazy , horrible attitudes. They always have a lack of assortment of items that should be available. Food is almost always stale no matter what time you go by. Employees just flat out refuse to make items that are suppose to be available and seem to go out of there way to make sure your whole experience is as miserable as possible. Wish I could give zero rating.

Overcooked pretzel that was worth about 1/4 of what I paid. Staff that barely acknowledges your existence and can't even be bothered to grunt out a "thank you" when you leave them a tip. Don't be fooled by the temptation of delicious pretzels. You won't be getting those here.

You’re employees are a special kind of stupid, I ordered a cup of pretzel bites, she says we don’t have any ready, I said well if I order some how long will it take and she says “I have no estimated time” I said so I might have to wait a hour? She says I don’t know. I then walked away.
