Restaurant just looks dirty. Outdoor seating area is the first thing you see when walking to the main doors and it’s filthy (closed right now but trashed). Dust a half inch thick on the two tvs behind the hostess desk.

Waitress was okay. Ordered boneless wings and fries. ALL of which were so hard we couldn't even eat it! By the time the waitress came to check in on us I was just ready to go! Food over cooked or old and re heated and there was a HAIR in the fries. I used to love this location. Probably won't be returning.

The waiting time is excessive for us to be assigned tables when they are available, the food arrives cold and most of the waiters are very slow with their service, I understand that sometimes there are many customers but if you need more staff you should think about hiring them to avoid these reviews, we have given several opportunities to this place but we will definitely stop going because the service is bad and the food arrives cold

Buffalo Wild Wings is the best place inside the Yakima Valley Mall for either dine in or takeout meals, food is absolutely delicious, service and hospitality is absolutely wonderful, people are friendly, great place to watch your favorite sports channels live, great spot to chill with the homies and have a good time, and if you get lucky you might get a cute girl's number (hint hint).
Vegetarian options: Good place for vegetarian meals!!

Spent $40 for the tiniest portions of food. They gave us about 20 fries for $6. The cups of ranch were not even half full and the wings were smaller than McDonalds chicken nuggets. They really skimp out on your pick up orders.
This is my first time to Buffalo Wild Wings in Yakima. I ordered to go 15 pieces, got home, The wings were dried out and tough, like they had sat a while.... Not good , the family was disappointed. This is one of my favorite things to eat and boy, was I disappointed.

I ordered the All American Cheeseburger bunless. Took a bit of time to get our food but when I got it I had to wait for cutlery. Flagged another server down to get our cutlery. The hamburger was very salty. It was game day but wasn’t overly crowded with four different games being broadcasted. Our server seemed overwhelmed so she could have been new to the restaurant. We waited for a bit after getting our bill snd flagged someone else down to pay. Likely won’t return to this chain…the most positive we could take out of our experience is they had the BEST strawberry lemonade out of all we have tried.
