Worst BWW I have ever stepped foot in. Walked in on a Thursday afternoon and it was pretty slow, maybe 4 or 5 other tables were there. It took a couple minutes to get us seated which was no big deal, but as we got seated I noticed a bunch of trash on the floor and took a mental note of it. After we got seated it took a couple minutes for our waitress to show up and half heartedly pretend to care about taking our order. After ordering I got up to wash my hands and noticed even more trash all over the floor. The entire time we were in the restaurant I was watching staff members walk past napkins and food on the floor. Not a single staff member attempted to pick up any of the trash. For all I know its probably still there. Once we got the food the fries were cold and can tell it was made by someone that truly didnt want to be there that day. Now to top it off my bank account has a charge pending for $10 more than what my receipt said. Im just waiting for it to clear the pending stage before I open up a claim if it doesn't revert back to what the charge was. Avoid this place at all costs.

We sat for 20 min without any servers even approaching the table. No water or anything. We were 1 of 3 tables that got zero service, and watched other tables be sat and served within 3 min of sitting down. I can’t even leave a name to complain about because no one did anything so we left.

Good food but it’s maybe the worst run wild wings in the world. Absolutely zero customer service it’s awful. We ordered a drink which took 20 minutes to get because nobody knew where the bartender was. It was empty on a Friday at 5.

The food was good but our service sucked! We waited 20 minutes just to have our drinks, then it took forever to get refills. Then, we got the bottomless appetizers and never received our second go around. We had Hannah as our server and she wasn’t very nice. She had an attitude the whole time and overall, these things just made everyone I was with and I not come back.

The wings were so dry, every morsel of moisture long gone. And the table was sticky. First time I’ve had truly horrible wings. They were almost jerky. The Bloody Mary was surprisingly good, despite having zero garnish. The staff was great, very friendly. So, how should I rate this? Might be worth going if you only want a drink, but I wouldn’t go there for food. Edit: Thank you for the invite to visit your website to fill out a form, but I'll pass. I'm not looking for a free meal and have no desire to return. I can see from other reviews that over cooking the food is an ongoing issue at that location. You should address that issue; me filling out a form isn't going to help.

I never thought of saying it but I would never go back to this restaurant, the service was precarious, it seemed as if it was a race against fate as I gave my order they ran, they didn't ask me my sides or what kind of sauce I wanted, he just left and brought me some that were not to my liking I'm just grateful that this buffalo is not my place because I would hate it and I would never return pitifully

Every single dam time I order something there is things missing. Not sure if you have employees that can’t read an order right or what’s going on, worst place ever in the entire history of all Yakima to order food 100 out of 100 times I’ve placed an order there is always something missing , by the time they make it right the food is soggy and cold.
