Ordered here on my lunch break because I work nearby. Got there and they didn’t have the order, but had charged my account. I argued with them for 10 minutes and then had to leave to go back to work without any lunch. Talked to the folks at my work and they said the first rule about working around here is don’t go to Dairy Queen so it’s definitely not just me. Glad I wasted a bunch of time and had to work 10 hours starving.
Every time I go here they have issues, they never have our order ready if we order pick up. tonight we orderd 3 blizzards off the Uber app for pickup we got here 5 minutes early and asked too add 3 banana splits because the splits are not on the app. we pulled forward to wait because they said it was going to be a cupple minutes. after waiting 15 minutes passed time of order , the line of cars built up behind us ( we were in the designated pull up spot) we desided to go inside, to which my girlfreind explained the situation. aparently the order Just got ready (all stapled and sealed) my girlfriend came out to the car, we opend the bags (2) and NO banana splits. very glad we checked first!! my girlfriend went back inside and told the staff we were missing the splits. the window helper then grabed the bags ( already stapled and sealed) and handed them over. they told my girlfriend they have to do all the other customers in the line b4 door dash or Uber... THERE WAS NOONE ELSE IN LINE WHEN WE GOT THERE!! And the blizzards all fail the blizzard test!! all half way melted!!! but at this point its not worth our time. Also, the 2 girls that have worked there for the last 2 years are rude and childish! every time they have attitude! We recognized them from last year when we came an hour b4 closing and they HID behind the counter and pretended they wernt there !!! laughing and giggling like it was a game!! We gave them a chance this time because its been over a year but obviously they can't handle business
Over 30 minutes waiting in lobby for 2 blizzards that were ordered ahead on the app. Got attitude when I asked them if they were working on it. Last time going to the DQ on market Street in union gap
Waited almost 25 minutes for two blizzards. Young man who waited on me acted like he didn't want to be here. Took off for at least 5-10 minutes with counter unattended. People standing there to be waited on and no one around. Other customers going up 2-3 times asking about where their orders were. One man commented he had never had such poor service anywhere. I have to agree!
15min to take our order with nobody else even in line. Then our food is shitty as he'll
I went thru the drive thru today ordered the 6 piece chicken basket with gravy for the dipping never received the gravy I told the lady who took my order that I wanted the honey bbq chicken basket but I still received the wrong one
We were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered our meal, and it still took 30 minutes to get our order. (Our blizzard came about 10 minutes after the food). The blizzard tasted funky, and then people started coming in and saying that the milk tasted rotten. We then ordered 2 more blizzards and the workers were so slow. It took 15 minutes of waiting for our blizzards until we finally asked for a refund. Horrible experience.
Terrible, absolutely terrible. I had to wait for 20 minutes!! just to a 2 7$ meal deals, and on top of that we didn’t even get our sundaes. It was a bunch of high school kids who didn’t care. I do not recommend this place is very slow.
Worst customer service I have ever had I have worked in customer service and fast food for the last 5 years and have never treated a customer like I was treated tonight at this point there is nothing anyone can do to make this right it took 25 minutes to even get my order 5 large blizzard all melted cuz the drive through does not know how to work efficiently and out of everything the worst is the person that called him self the manager that is not what does that keep a customer happy for return service they will never get my money or service I'll wast the gas to go to Westville

Worst experience ever. Ordered my food on DoorDash ordered chicken strip basket with regular fries.They gave me onion rings and when I called the restaurant to tell them that they gave me the wrong order they told me that no you have fries and not onion rings. Well, I know what fries look like. These are for sure not fries. They wanted to argue with me about it.

The last six months they have been out of most blizzard flavors I wanted. Even though the menu never reflect that. Service was confused and slow.

I ordered small blizzards (12oz) and was served the minis (7oz). When I asked if they were actually small, the worker lied. They also had me wait for 10 minutes while they made them (fine) , but when served they were half melted already!
