My husband took his mom and our 3 kids to have breakfast this morning. They were seated at 10:36 and text me at 11:48 saying they just got their drinks and out 10 year old is crying because she’s so hungry and has been sitting there for over an hour without food. I worked in the food industry for 15 years. There is zero excuse for this disgusting lack of service. This place should be shut down.
