The Beautiful young lady who manages this Denny’s has the cleanest Denny’s I’ve ever seen! I caught her scrubbing in the restrooms & wrapping silverware. The young man who greeted us was refined as though he was at a high end fine dining establishment. Our waitress was delightful even though she had several tables plus the bar. Other staff members assisted too just as pleasant! The busboy worked very quickly efficiently & with a smile on his face. I was so impressed by what we saw there I was wishing I had gobs of cash to leave behind!

I’d like to know how I can get in touch with the District Manager or the Regional Director. The food I received last night was terrible. I tried to call and talk to the Manager in the morning and she was very rude. I spent $75 on food and the steak tasted like rubber and the eggs were supposed to be over easy and were terrible. The hash browns were burnt. I’ve worked in customer service and have managed stores for over 15 years and the way they handled my issues were terrible.

I’ve never really had that many problems with this place until today. It was so bad it’s making me actually want to leave my thoughts on here about this place. To start off we waited 25 mins for our drinks which were a milk, orange juice, and hot chocolate. 25 mins? No way and the excuse was on the chefs for some reason which I ignored at first. After that we waited another 15 mins for our food which we changed to go because you guys took too long. And another 10 mins to pay for some reason. Please fix your staff’s understaffing Dennys. Their was no napkins utensils, syrup for our two orders of pancakes we had.

When we were there last week the manager Rochelle was exceptionally professional and made our whole family (2years to 94 years old) comfortable. She goes above and beyond!!
I love the breakfast here the most, but anything you get is good. I like the mellow flow there when we go there an eat. Always nice waitresses an we always get my dad an order to go, they start order when we ask, usually half ways thru our meal, an you can take out as well, an their lounge area is nice an quiet as well. I believe there is a happy hour in the lounge as well. I believe, but not for sure.
