Maybe it was an one off on my platter and I'm they do great food judging by the many great reviews. I'm a trucker pulling in for many food trailers and the like. I spotted this smoke trailer and gave it a try. The pulled pork sandwich tasted good and my only feedback is that the whole platter was luke warm, looked a bit stagnant. I do know the challenges of onsite food service especially out of a trailer. I was expecting hot, steamy pulled pork on a hot bun next to creamy mac & cheese and bbq beans and everything- hot, temperature hot!. It was pretty much luke warm pulled pork, no sauce on a cold bun with a portion cup of cold sauce. The sauce tasted very bottled, like I recognized the grocery store brand, next to dry mac & cheese almost like old, repurposed m&c and beans that tasted like it was straight out of a can. It had the exact flavor or canned pork & beans without the pork. I was expecting a better presentation but maybe it was just my platter but for a $23 to-go platter, it could have been a notch up. I'm they can really hit thr mark according to the reviews but its all hitting it one plate at a time with mine ir whoever is the present customer.

Brisket is phenomenal and all 21 spices rock. Beans are good with bacon in them. Banana pudding is whipped and creamy. Fried pickles have awesome breading. Carolina Mustard is just the right spice!

Roadside food caravan.
The BBQ was in a word awesome.
I chose the 3 meat 2 side platter, Brisket, chicken and ribs, with mac and cheese and baked beans that were a close second to my mom's (sorry gotta stick with family on this one 😉)
I started with the fall off the bone ribs, quite meaty, wonderful smoke flavor the rib was present but didn't overwhelm the flavor of the ribs. Ate about have of each side, they seemed bottomless...
Did I mention this was supposed to be lunch with different plans for dinner, could have used a forklift to bring my food to my table, lol!
So move onto dinner back in the hotel, I heard up my meal and throughly enjoyed the brisket amazing smoke flavor fork tender meat, Chicken was mostly white meat flavorful and tender, finished off the sides.
I used thier regular bbq sauce tasty not too sweet and not spicy.
Lastly I found another cup in my bag corn bread muffin and honey butter in actuality this could have been 3 meals so well worth the value of the meal

Service was top notch/ I ordered a few pounds of sliced brisket - I had someone pick up for me- it was not sliced but big chicks of overdone tough leftover type meat- the owner was Johnny on the spot and delivered to me a nice pan of sliced brisket. It was delicious - even if it wasn’t the best I’ve had- it was worth it and I’d go back just because the service was so good. Give them a try!

Stopped by Kim’s Got Smoke hoping for a solid BBQ experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite deliver.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and a brisket meal with mac & cheese and baked beans on the side. The chicken sandwich was just okay — not very juicy and didn’t have much smoke flavor. It tasted more like something thrown together than something slow-cooked with care.

The brisket had a decent bark, but it was tougher than expected and lacking that rich, smoky flavor I associate with good BBQ. Mac & cheese was creamy, but bland. Baked beans were overly sweet and tasted like they came from a can.

Staff was polite and service was quick, which I appreciated, but the food just didn’t live up to expectations. Maybe I came on an off day, but for the price, I left feeling pretty underwhelmed.

Took one bite of the brisket and I was absolutely in love. The beans are good, the mac n cheese was alright. But that brisket is heaven. 10/10 will stop in every time I'm in town.

I met Kim at the window to pick up a phoned in order for a large group. We ordered brisket and pulled chicken.

The experience was timely, tasty and personalized. There was extra servings added to our order to make sure we did not run ahort.

I appreciate the way the sale was handled.

Got a pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese and beans. Food was cold, Mac and cheese was under cooked, pork was dry. Very disappointed.

I love BBQ so seeing an ambulance with the words BBQ and a huge smoker on a trailer sparked my interest! Super glad I stopped to to it out too! The brisket sandwich was amazing.

Changed plan from Outback trip to this BBQ joint as it's across the street.Son and I LOVED the brisket! I mean LOVED LOVED! please try it BEFORE letting their awesome BBQ sauces near it. As with fine art, that brisket does NOT need ANYTHING else... except napkins. The pulled pork was wonderfully / perfectly tender. Pairing THAT with 1 of the 3 sauces is 'awesome sauce'.The chicken and pork ribs were fine. Jalapeno mac and cheese tastier with a bit of BBQ sauce dabbed on.Honestly, save the brisket for last because none of the other good stuff can be a better follow up.
