I got to try their food while I was in town visiting PNWU, and it's definitely worth visiting their food truck. I've visited the Carolinas and I love BBQ, so this was a nice place to stumble upon to here in the PNW. I tried their pulled pork and their ribs (both smoked with alder wood for 24 hours) with their signature rub, and this was the best meal I had in this area! The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and incredible even before adding any BBQ sauce (pork and ribs are smoked with their rub). The owner shared that they smoke meats for special occasions/ will prepare special orders or will cater events. I definitely want to order a smoked Turkey (for thanksgiving) or rack of ribs in the future.

I don't give that many good reviews but this is theBest BBQ I found in Washington State. Macaroni and cheese is amazing. The brisket was damn good. Portion size was good for the price. Customer service was great.

I ordered the ribs, and was very unsatisfied. It was either the quality of meat or the way they were prepared because they were very tough and chewy.I also got the pulled pork and it was a little bit better than the ribs. However, the pork was really dry. I’m betting the meat got over cooked which is why it didn’t retain any moisture. Lastly, the water that the pork was sitting in must have seeped into the lower bun because it was falling apart by the time I started eating it.I’m sad to say that this wasn’t a good meal and I most likely won’t come back.

Wasn't impressed there cheese is odd don't taste like nacho cheese at all and the meat was so smokey all we could taste was smoke flavor couldn't tell what the meat even was and me and my husband got upset stomachs it cost us 50 for food we didn't even finish won't be going back feel sorry for people who think this is what good food is

This was our 1st time coming to Kim's Got Smoke BBQ. We were driving by & it smelled really good so decided to give it a try. We wouldn't have even realized it was there or open if not for the deliciousness coming out of the smoker. We are really into bbq & brisket is hubby's favorite so sampling various places is our goal looking for the BEST. Kim's is GOOD.... the sliced brisket was tasty, moist with a good bark, the plate included 2 sides so we went with baked beans & potato salad. The beans tasted very similar to what we make at home & the potato salad was ok (a little heavy on the pickles, I love pickles but not that much in my salad) We also ordered the bacon wrapped German sausage without a bun or toppings it was also very tasty & a delicious combination. The owner was very knowledgeable & friendly she put up with our questions in order to make sure everything was safe to eat (hubby has severe dairy allergy) All in all a good experience. If you're in Yakima give Kim's Got Smoke BBQ a try it's definitely worth it.

We love to stop in whenever we’re passing through! It’s a delightful little spot to get some nachos or some brisket. The pulled pork is great as well!

My favorite place when I went into Yakima. But I went twice last month and the prices $$$? Different prices each time ,$10 difference, I don't think so. I will not be going back there☹?.
