I have been to Panera in numerous times before and had enjoyed it. I did not have a good experience this time. We got some food and one of the items was a $10 bowl of mac and cheese. It was not even halfway full. I brought it in and the staff were not so friendly and they said that's what it is. They showed me that it's two pouches instead of one which led me to realize that it's not even fresh. Makes me wonder about some of the rest of the food.

Whenever I wanted to ask something of the workers in the kitchen a questionably looking girl looked at me in disgust and asked âdo you have a questionâ aggressively. Rude and insecure.

First time here. Got the Mediterranean veggie sandwich everything was great however I wasn't a fan of the bread. I went through the drive-thru and wish that they would switch their menu so it shows what is in each sandwich. I will try again though

Gas.. as always. (EDIT) I just wanted a coffee. I paid for sip club. Been going there for a bit.. no problem. Now I have trouble with the app and it does not go through. So the ignorant lady playing with bags gave me the ugliest look of disgust like I was on drugs begging for food and told me to call customer service. I asked why the can not look my name up as they have for my wife. . I was having bad day.. again just wanted my coffee.. she snapped at with something rude and me n me being me said bad things back... I'm not understanding why she couldn't just look my name up and yell me if it was expired or what.. horrid customer service and really the food was always sub par..

my order was wrong, it had chicken on it and I am vegetarian. I didnât notice until I got home, and they told me they cannot give me a refund over the phone. It is a bit ridiculous to ask me to drive an extra 30 minutes for their mistake
