I come through here almost every single day because of the girls that work here. They make it so fun and always make sure my drink is right everytime. They actually care about their customers and take time to make things perfect. I asked for all there names today Annie Thali Sasha Brie Anica you guys are amazing. I order at least 4vplus drinks when I come through and they always have a smile. Amazing people I will always come here because of them. I have been to other Starbucks and they don’t care about what you order or if it’s right, these guys do. Customer at this Starbucks forever with this crew.

Got in line for the bearista cup launch 20 minutes before they opened this morning, there was already a line of about 7-10 people in front of me so unfortunately I didn’t get one since the store was only sent 2. Employees let everyone in line come in 10 minutes early and were super kind and helpful, despite still getting fully set up for the day.

Not understanding why people are being so hostile towards barista’s. They waited in line just like every other person. The truth is what you’re really mad about is not getting up early enough to be the first one in line. You snooze you lose oh well! Stop being miserable over a cup. Taking pictures of customers purchasing cups is also weird, get a life.

I was in line as well for the Starbucks cup launch today, and yes there were employees in line on there day off, they were outside in the cold just like all us were so if they purchase items they got them fair and square they were not let in early they were let in with everyone else so for those saying that’s not right your wrong maybe those of you upset should been there earlier to get in line.

Got up so early and stood in line for a long time! Was one of the first customers to be able to grab one of the teddy cup or any hello kitty merch for my kiddos! So I couldn’t believe it when the couple of employees grabbed them! Guess customers go last at this Starbucks! So frustrating!
Got here 30 minutes before they opened for the release of the 2025 bear cup. Waited in line in the cold only for the door to be opened 15 minutes early for two employees to go in and buy every single one of them to resell. Absolutely gross behavior. I’ll never tip an employee at this Starbucks again, or will any of my family and we frequent here. Hope the couple dollars from being a reselling lame was worth it. I tip at minimum $5 every time I’m here, between 10-15 times a month. Better off being greedy and keeping my money I guess 🤷♂️

Sam was the lady that took our order. She’s Native American to clear up confusion.
Extremely rude on the microphone. Thought maybe she would be nicer at the window. Extremely rude as well. My mom has been going to nob hill and 1st street but due to the recent closures she has started coming here. Has noticed a night and day difference in attitudes and customer service. Lack of pride in workmanship, lack of pride in pleasing the customer. She ask Sam if a specific employee still worked there as my mom hadn’t seen her in a while and same replied “ ya she still works here, but it’s not my job to track her down for you”, my replied embarrassing replied , “ok”, Sam than fired back rudely, “if you’re such good friends than why don’t you call her?”, my mom replied , “ well my house burned down recently and I lost my phone, all my contacts”.
Sam rolled her eyes. I almost said something right there to her, I regret I didn’t. I feel bad I let her disrespect my mom that way. The drink was made incorrectly, Sam handed the drink to me as I was the driver and closed the window. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever seen . One of the most passive aggressive interactions I’ve been a part of. People like that have no business working in customer service much less Starbucks who is all about “customer experience “. We will return as long as Sam never helps us or makes the drink. If we see her we won’t go. I know we have already started putting the word out about her.
You're entitled to not always be “on” or super happy, or super talkative. What you’re not entitled to do is speak down to someone, be rude for no reason, roll your eyes, gestures , and say rude things.

Online, it says it opens at 4:30. Was there at 4:50, Pull up to the drive through Nobody answered called to see if they're open. They said yes, went back to the drive through still nobody took an order You can see the 3.
Ladies in there, but nobody was Taking any order.So I drove off

I was recently taking my dog for a walk when I stopped in at this location to get some water for my dog and I. When I told the barista I would like some ice water she told me I had to pay for a bottle of water, I responded that was ridiculous and I was willing to pay for a cup as that seemed reasonable enough to me and she refused, telling me I had to purchase a bottle of water. I honestly was so upset about this I couldn't believe she was unwilling to sell me a cup so that my dog and I could have some water to drink. I defiantly will not be going back to this location. It's clear to me all they care about is taking your money and they dont actually care about their customers at all.

I simply ask for breve in my coffee when I go there and there to lazy apparently to put 1 ingredient and rude get over yourself this is what u get payed for “Working”

Normally the baristas here are very friendly. I have had a few of my orders messed up or missing things and they are always so kind to fix it. Today one of baristas was rude. I placed a mobile order and they forgot to add 2 different things on both items I ordered, no big deal I’m used to it at this point. I still kindly asked if they can add it (as the label clearly shows I requested it) the girl looked at me like if I was an inconvenience like if it was such a bother of her time and didn’t even say “yes” or “sure”, no dialogue, she just took my drink and wanted me out of there. It was so awkward. I understand how small things on orders could be missed but I was so kind about it and always try to be as I used to be a barista before. There was no need to make a customer feel uncomfortable for requesting what they ordered.

Love buy drinks in this location but lately is been very watery for the Frappuccino, and then one day I go inside to pick up a mobile online, An this associate was very rude she was what a mobile order I’m like o yes she was well you need to wait it about 8 minutes I’m like oh ok thank she role her eyes on me like if I done something wrong I was confused I got my drink left but I out nowhere I noticed I was missing one more drink I go back and the same associate ask me what wrong with her dirty look like if I was asking for a free drink o I’m just back because I’m missing one more drinks again one more time she role her eyes she was so rude

I’ve tried to give this location one more chance but it was a mistake. The drinks are NEVER made right. Every time I order a strawberry açaí it tastes like water no flavor. I’m also not sure why there’s dragon fruit pieces in a strawberry açaí. And when you call because your order is wrong they only keep it in the books for 1 week. They also hate having to remake drinks. The workers also have horrible customer service and can be so rude.
