As far as food goes, this was not one of my best experiences. We went out to dinner because it was my son's birthday and he got to pick where we ate. We had Texas Roadhouse about 6 years ago in Tri Cities and it was great. This time however was not great. Me and the birthday boy ordered ribs, I had barbecue sauce, he did not; both severely lacked in flavor. Me and my other son got loaded baked potatoes, and I'm not sure how they were hot, but not hot enough to melt the cheese, and kind of oversalted. My husband got steak medium well, and they must have heard medium-rare, but after seeing and trying it, he didn't even want to fix it so just didn't eat it. He also got the shrimp, which he said was not very good at all. My daughter got mini cheeseburgers, and she was not very impressed with those, said the meat was burnt. My youngest son got mac and cheese and it was also really lacking in flavor he ended up eating most of our food. Appetizers where okayish, we got the cactus blossom and fried pickles. We all ordered lemonades, they were a little too sweet but good. Our server was Sarah, she was great. She did look slightly irritated at times but she was also very patient and accommodating. She did a great job at keeping our drinks full, even when we changed the drink. We did ask for more bread when our food came out but we didn't get it, but honestly I forgot too. Overall for a $200 dinner, I was not impressed with the food whatsoever.

Took family out for my oldest daughter’s birthday- Waited for about 10 mins- 4 out of 7 of us ordered steak and 3 of the 4 steaks and shrimp were dry and the food on them was cold- my middle daughter’s chicken strips were hotter then anyone else’s food- a few of the plates were missing items so we had to wait for those to come-for what we paid was not worth it for them being a steak house- let the server know how disappointing they were and he just said ok- will only order chicken from here never a steak again- NOT worth it- I stopped ordering steaks at restaurants a long time ago because they usually suck and Texas road house sealed the deal I’ll never do it again

We were seated (party of 3) within 10 minutes on a Saturday night. Received our food quickly and was cooked as requested. Multiple times during our dinner our waiter and others checked in on us if we needed anything, great service.

So very disappointed! We had ordered their famous rolls for our Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday, drove from Ellensburg to Yakima first thing to pick them up fresh, and they were AWFUL! Just dense little bread pucks. Nothing like what you'd get in the south. If they can't even get the rolls right, I'd be concerned about ordering anything off this menu.

I was craving a steak, in Yakima, options are quite limited, so my husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse. What an utter failure dinner turned out to be. From the start, everything was mostly cold. I ordered a ribeye and ribs, loaded baked potato and side salad, while my husband ordered a bacon cheese burger cooked medium well. Out come my steak and ribs, but no potato, then my husband's burger & fries. The ribs, while falling off the bone, were not super hot and fairly dry. My husband's burger came out severely under cooked and his fries were so salty, he couldn't eat them. Our server, once we complained, disappeared. So we flagged down a different person to ask for my potato. As the other server arrived with my side, our original server decided to reappear with the missing potato. Ultimately, I should have skipped the potato completely as it was not edible. It was hard, dry and had so much salt on it, I decided to simply pass. I had planned to purchase a gift card for our friends but have now decided to spend my dollars elsewhere. Bad service, and even worse food should certainly not be rewarded. My husband had thought about taking his mom there when she visits for Christmas, but again, we have decided to spend our dollars elsewhere. Save your money and taste buds and pick any other local business for your dining experience.
After going and meeting my friends here many times, the service is always great and timely prompt. Texas Road house is a great place to meet and gather for a relaxing and filling time.

WOW! Where to start!! This was my family’s first time here we were a table of 12 and our sever Andrianna (sorry if I misspelled your name) she was amazing!!! Definitely a great server very helpful with the menu and giving us her opinion of things she’s the type of server who makes you feel welcome and want to come back to the restaurant! The food was delicious we were just wowed the whole time.
