I've dined here three times now, and each time it's been nothing but excellent. I can't rave about the food enough - the freshest prosciutto, the salty focaccia bread, kale and beet salad were both excellent, and of course the homemade pastas with rotating seasonal ingredients. I love that we can go multiple times and try different pastas on each visit. They keep a couple staples on there including a truffle pasta (group favorite) and a polenta dish for GF (not listed but by request). Everything sourced locally that can be, even the flour for the pasta. Great wines and cocktails, even a lovely mocktail menu. The staff is all so welcoming, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We are so lucky the Easton's chose this area and brought this to our community. A true gem.

This was my second visit and it did not disappoint! I finally made it back with my husband and we had an amazing meal. We shared the kale salad and the prosciutto and burrata as well as some pastas. The wine and cocktails were delicious. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. It has such a very European feel. We are so fortunate to have this gem in our area!

There is an illegal animal (a cat) at the premises in violation of Washington law on restaurants. The animal is not announced or easy to see. This is extremely dangerous for people with severe allergies and can cause some people to permanent worsening of their health condition. This caused one person from our party illness and will be reported to the Washington State authorities.

We ate here two weeks ago and had one of the best meals of our lives. Our server was excellent, timely, and knowledgeable and that made it fun to discuss the food with him. The food was absolutely amazing and I can still taste it. We will be back!

The food was spectacular. There were four main entree options the night we went, two were vegetarian and we got both. They were delicious. Our server was Noah and he was incredible. He was warm, helpful, and super personable. Give this man a raise! Overall, the entire evening was great.

The beet salad was off the charts! One delicious pasta dish after another...mushroom gnocchi and kale/sausage was mouthwatering. Erin and Mike were out of the house and the team did an amazing job keep service top notch!
The dining experience was amazing. If we could score more than 5 stars we would! The food was amazing; the service was amazing. This was not just a dinner out, it was an experience. The artisan cocktails were also wonderful. The only thing we would love to see would be tables to seat a group of 4. We were a group of 4 old friends. Sitting at the bar made it more difficult to visit and catch up. They only have 2 tops and the bar seating. WONDERFUL dining experience!

Bar Bacetto was an amazing experience. We drove from Pullman just to eat here. Everything from the friendly service, fun cocktails and delicious food made for a wonderful night. It is not cheap, but it is absolutely worth it. I hope I get the chance to come back someday!
I rated the noise level high on the scale, which to me means it was great. Energetic is the perfect word. Not loud, not sedate. Good cracklin' energy and activity and happy diners having a good time. (My one teeny tiny critique, and it's hardly a criticism, more of a curiosity... Kind of a short pour on the wine for $20 a glass ?) Five stars all-around, and Henry is a rock star. Being seated at the bar is front row to all the action! We'll be back, if and when we can get a reservation. ??

This wasn't just dining out at an Italian restaurant. We were made to feel welcome and a part of the family immediately upon entering. Because of that I will be back unquestionably. The food was delicious. I don't even want to talk about anything in particular because everything that we had was beyond reproach. I can't recommend this place enough.

Better than I expected and all the staff are low keyed, but attentive, fun and engaging! The owner's are sweet and lovely people. The food was amazing! I tried everything, as advised and was so glad because was pleasantly surprised, each dish was delicious!! A memorable evening!
