Drove through on my way to La Grande, Oregon to grab a beer to go, I got the peach Hefeweizen which was so good, I drove that way home just to grab another! The brat was great as well!

Dirty, poor service, warm beer, after seeing how lazy the server was we were NOT going to eat there. Better options in Dayton

The gal serving beers is about the friendliest person we’ve met. Love to encounter nice, helpful people like her! This remote little brewery is worth a stop to find a beer you may like. Peanut shells on the floor kinda place. Big variety of beers made on sight plus a few good guest taps. Pizza too although we didn’t order food so I can’t comment more on that.Dessert wine is very good, and so is their peach beer, made with fresh peaches, not extract.A few of their beers were off and need help, like their kolsch for example had a distinct lactic sourness that was off-putting. But we still found 3-4 beers that everyone loved. Give this place a try!

Ok, this is the BEST microbrewery within 200 miles! Just try the IPA. It competes with anyone. The atmosphere may not be the most pleasant, but the quality of the drinks are outstanding. Anytime I pass the brewery, I fill up the growler. Good prices and food too. The best!

Dear esteemed readers,As I sit here contemplating the delicate balance within the realm of culinary preferences, I find myself confronted with a peculiar conundrum - my disdain for the often maligned phenomenon known as cheese-over-toppings pizza. Ah, indeed, the very notion of a wet ensemble, where the moisture from the toppings infiltrates the dough, rendering it lamentably soggy, and depriving the noble pepperoni of the crispness it so ardently desires.Ah, but let me digress, fair readers, for in the shadows of my culinary prejudices lies an extraordinary revelation. It was within the hallowed halls of Laht Neppur Brewing Company, that I discovered a delectable marvel - a pizza, nay, a true masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship. A fragrant symphony of flavors laid atop a striking canvas of crisped dough, memories of which continue to dance upon my palate.Imagine, if you will, a world where cheese reigns supreme, not in a domineering fashion, but in perfect harmony with its companions. A cheese-on-top creation at Laht Neppur Brewing Company, where the dough, defying its potential for travail, emerged refined and crisp. The skillful application of sauce, imbued with a symphony of well-seasoned notes, embraced the cheese with an enchanting finesse. As I ventured further into this hallowed establishment, I marveled at the symbiotic relationship between their pizza and the ambience that enveloped the space. A refuge, a sanctuary, a haven for both the discerning gastronome and the ardent beer enthusiast, Laht Neppur Brewing Company revealed itself as a culinary perfectionist's paradise. But let us not overlook their endearing title as a peanut-on-the-floor brew pup. It is within this humble moniker that one discovers the essence of Laht Neppur Brewing Company - a place of unpretentious charm, where culinary excellence intersects with the warmth and conviviality of a cherished neighborhood haunt. In conclusion, let it be known that within the hallowed halls of Laht Neppur Brewing Company, my aversion has been transformed into admiration. Their mastery of the cheese-over-toppings pizza stands as a testament to the indomitable spirit of ingenuity. So, heed my words, intrepid readers, and venture forth to this culinary sanctuary, where flavors dance, dough rejoices, and the peanut-laden floors whisper tales of impeccable taste.Yours in epicurean delight.Lucas M.

Great place to meet for a beer and some appetizers. The brewery puts out some great tasting beers and the prices are very reasonable. Really happy to have found this place and will be back soon!

First off, let me say that this brewery is in very small town between Tri Cities Washington and Lewiston Idaho. It is essential a large shop that has been made into a brewery with a seating area of a little more than 150 square ft.3 tables and 4 seats at the bar. Poorly lit, dirty and very expensive. I appreciate people jumping on the brewery kick and starting a new business but this dingy, hole in the wall look, fails flat. Nothing remarkable to mention here. No decor or theme. If bare bones was their intention they hit their mark. I have probably been to over 100 breweries in over 20 states from Florida to Montana, New Mexico to Washington. This place isn't worth the stop.

Laht Neppur is a tiny brewery in a small, rural Washington community. It's pretty low key and cozy inside. The beer is really what stands out here. They have an impressive amount of options for such a small operation and some really unique beers. I got a pepper ale that had a spicy kick to it. It was quite good and very unique. I tried a couple others which also had a crisp, unique taste to them. The food menu is limited in the winter, so I had pizza. The pizza was fine, but nothing phenomenal. I imagine the outdoor grill has some better options in the summer. Prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. This small town brewery is a great find for anyone trekking around southeast Washington.

We love the beautiful, spare 20-mile drive from Walla Walla to Waitsburg through Dixie, WA. The wheat fields are beautiful and amazing any time of the year. At the end of the drive awaits this small brewery with its own distinct personality. Not much food on the menu--mostly pizza--but a number of local beers, ciders, and home brewed root beer. The highlight here is the local color--it's a meeting place for those who live here, and if you come at the right time, you can pick up lots of local gossip and learn about what life is like in Waitsburg. One of our favorite features is the posted Buddy Board, where one can prepay for a friend, relative, or co-worker. The accounting is kept on the white board at the front of the bar.

Curmudgeon IPA-Keep Driving. May have once been a good independent brewery. Appear to be burned out. Grumpy service OK beer. Not in the league of Washington State Craft Breweries

I love this place! They have 15 of their own beers on tap! In my experience, that's a lot. Their IPA has just the right amount of hops. The Whiskey Creek Wild Hop Ale Imperial IPA lives up to its name. Add a hot, cheesy pizza and the visit was lovely.

Excellent list of brews. I had the IPA and it was so good I would come back again.

Not quite the Independent Craft Brewery we were hoping for. We came to Waitsburg intentionally to go to Laht Neppur. No informative cicerone here. Sadly, just tired and grumpy service - a disappointment . Keep Driving.
