All I can say is it's the most I ever paid for a tough microwaved steak with coagilated blood on my plate. 2 stars for service but 0 for everything else. Won't be back.

We ordered off of the 2 for $25.00 menu. Upped our order to Burbon Street Chicken and Shrimp...totally worth it. Got the Mozzarella cheese sticks (arrived with cheese in them, unlike the Richland Applebee's) and also ordered Onnion Rings the were done perfectly (Richland Applebee's presents them either burned or super greasy). If we lived closer, we would come here. The wait staff are very kind and efficient too. A great place to come with friends, or a date night.

We were seated, order taken then ignored for most of the meal. I had to find the waitress to get the sauce that should have come with my meal and get more ice tea. No water refills. Better service would have been good.

I want to give a shout out to the outstanding staff at Applebee’s. My in-laws have been going for years and we join them whenever we are in town. Trevor McGee (manager) is so personable and has waited on my in-laws for nearly 20 years. He always makes a point to acknowledge them and show appreciation for their continued business. Tonight we celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday. Trevor lined up some staff and they sang happy birthday and gave her an ice cream sundae with a candle in it. Truly made her feel special. We had the pleasure of having Vanessa serve us tonight. I ordered the Tomato Basil Soup and a dinner salad. The soup was so delicious I just had to order a second one!! One of my family members ordered the blackened Cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was perfect! The potatoes were real potatoes and were flavored perfectly. No weird additions. Just homemade style mashed potatoes. I have never been disappointed in this Applebee’s. They consistently deliver excellent customer service and quality food.

A bit tired Applebee's. VERY cold inside. Food as expected. Don't recommend. Temp inside plus kinda dank surroundings made it a bit unpleasant. Had to take food to go as my husband got very chilled.
