I'm a doordash driver and one worker always has a rude attitude with me today he's yelling at me to leave telling me there's no order and being verbally abusive and got upset I got defensive n expressed to not yell at me n the customer is on the phone with me.. he we had a disagreement with me a few days ago saying I'm making decisions for customers like I'm allowed to when the customer told me the substitution was fine I dunno what this guys problem is but even his co work knows he's in the wrong as she came to the order window talking to me n tryna block him from yelling at me in the drive through again....magically she had found the order

On the one hand, I'm loving the time with the kiddos at BR. Prices, on the other hand, not so much. $15 for three scoops of ice cream in two small cups and a 20oz. soda? ?‍? Boo! To top things off with sprinkles, the movie promo on the overhead vid displays an enhanced version of the Monster Creature Creations clearly unmatched at the counter. At least a third smaller at checkout. Boo²! I appreciate target marketing. Case in point, a four year old exposed to the bright colors, magnified onscreen portions, and $.03 hat ring. Winner! It works x 1; 2nd time shame on me.Do not recommend this BR on a budget. I left stung but I also left a 35% tip to remind me that the servers are just following orders while I will follow Main Street to Brights for my next overpriced frozen confection. At least there, I can stroll the downtown shops with the kiddos and buy some chocolate chasers rather than sit on an unbussed, sticky, gooey, table and chair at your friendly neighborhood Eastgate BR. Monster Creature Creations, fooey!Wow! I'm exhausted. I dislike making negative comments but I'm on a quest to call it as I see it. Fair and impartial. As prices hike, so goes my analysis. Are you tired of paying more and getting less? I am. Stay tuned.

Since Mark and Tina left the place isnt the same. The new owners dont look like they treat the employees well and the atmoshere just isnt what it used to be. I heard a employee getting yelled at over a simple mistake. This is not how a buisness should be run and I hope changes are made.

If I was able to, I would rate negative stars. Went through the drive thru today and got 4 smoothies. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order, one wasn't what was ordered, and another had a huge air pocket meaning I didnt get all the product I should have. Not sure what the change is, but I've never had my drinks take that long to make, and have never received an incorrect drink. I will probably never return if this is the new way!
