no customer service at all. wasted $75 on a cold, soggy meal because I had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to show their face despite the fact that they were not at all busy. I even called twice while in the store and watched as nobody came to the phone. I even explained what happened and was not even offered an apology. what a joke, there are actual good places to spend your money.
Beer was good but food mediocre. Fish and chips and onion rings too crisp. Suspect oil in fryer was too hot. Pulled pork sandwich was too messy to pick up, tasty but too much liquid. Overall disappointing.
Had fish tacos and fish and chips. Both were good. Tarter sauce was very good. Had acouple draft beers that were also good. Nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Overall, it was a good experience.
