A wonderful young lady. She was extremely helpful. She has a great smile and a wonderful personality. Very inviting, I recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Walla Walla.

Per the usual, great product and vibe when stopping in. I will say, the shop was pretty busy all of a sudden and Karsyn handled it in stride. She was quick, super chill, and nothing but positive. She is a major asset to the team, and a reason that we will return. Cheers!

I love black pearl and my best friend used to work there. Their drinks were well mixed and the boba was nice and soft, you couldn't get that with store bought boba. Today I went and got a drink and I was excited to enjoy it but the boba pearls were so hard :( and the drink powder wasn't mixed very well at all. The service is always great and I the new changes are okay, I haven't had a bad experience till now. I'm going to go again tomorrow and see if I still have this issue, but it still makes me sad because their boba was so good.

The drinks were delicious and the service was quick. We ordered the Sun Kiss and the Pink Daisy, both were refreshing and well made. The staff were helpful in explaining menu items when asked. The place is a little run down, and while the tables and floor were a little dirty, the kitchen area looked pristine. Would definitely come back!
