I went there with my family and had this big mexican girl be super rude when we went up to get our prizes. She looked at us and walked away when we came to the desk without saying anything. She then stood on the other side of the arcade in the doorway to some office not doing anything.

The owner of the pro shop really knows his stuff. He is always happy to answer questions and help you determine the right equipment for your bowling style.

The arcade is a great place to take the family on a rainy day with lots of games to play. The machines are rarely down, and the prizes are awesome!

This is truly a place where they make you feel at home and like you are a part of the family.

Perfectly fine, definitely needs some maintenance, but good bowling.

The staff here are so friendly, they certainly make the place. The equipment works, the food they offer is mostly fried, but it's fried perfectly. Every time we go we have a good time, and it's pretty family friendly. Looking forward to the next time.

Showed up for our reservation and was told that because another group showed up an hour late for their reservation that we weren't going to get our lanes. Very disappointed at how poorly the situation was handled.

We traveled from out of town so my son could have his birthday party with his cousins. We had reserved a party room at the Bowlaway. I felt the cost was very reasonable for what we received. Everyone was very friendly from the desk to the party room. Of all the attending family members no one had a bad comment to make. We had bowling, pizza, pop, arcade cards, our ice cream was kept in the coolers until we were ready for it. Everyone working at the house had a fun smile and were very helpful for our needs. I gave the Bowlaway lanes in Walla Walla 5 starts and a big thumb's up. Would we do it again YOU BET!!

We just had a birthday party for my granddaughter at the bowling alley and arcade. The older gentleman there was so nice and patient with the kids. He was helpful, accommodating, and explained things. A couple of the girls working at the arcade were rude, used unprofessional tone, rolled their eyes, and did a lot of sitting on their phones. My son was playing in the arcade and one of the machines took his card. We were told that we'll have to just buy another one. So, money was stolen and they didn't try to fix the issue. Four of us adults tried talking to the girl separately with no success. She also accused my son of lying because I gave him another card to use and she said he had the card all along. My little guy was sad about that on the ride home which makes a mama even more upset. My oldest son who is the kind of person who has conversation for everyone waved at the girls on his way out literally feet in from of them even though they were rude. They completely ignored him. Seeing this, I then walked by purposely slowly looking right at the girl sitting by the door to give her every chance to say something or even apologize, yet nothing. No acknowledgement, no thank you. No please come again. Not even a bye. If it wasn't for that gentleman it would have been a completely horrible customer experience. The gentleman said, "I hope you book again with us." I was grateful to him for sweeping because previously the rude girl yelled at us about cleaning up. We told her of course we would clean up afterward. The girls couldn't be bothered with getting us a broom. So, when the gentleman came to check on us, he had a broom and started helping without even being asked or trying to make the customer clean. When he says I hope you book with is again I thought ain't no way and I'm definitely letting people know how we were treated. The only reason I give it any stars is because I think it's a good venue to have around here and the redeeming qualities that this gentleman offered made a difference.
