This was my first time trying this place. I got a mocha that tasted like hot milky water and a kids hot chocolate. Both of the cups came with no sleeves or extra cup to protect from the heat. Granted I should've asked but was in a hurry and there was a line. Not a good first experience. Lots of places will add a sleeve without you asking and possibly it was someone's first day or they weren't having a good one. If you are making a kids hot chocolate it shouldn't be boiling temperature. I will say the person at the window was very nice. I will go to The Human Bean next time.

Sometimes they are really busy. But it’s worth the wait. Love their white chocolate mochas! Way better than Dutch Bros down the street. Come here instead.

Love the coffee, love the workers. But don't come here if you want coffee in any timely manner. They take SO LONG to make drinks and many times the employees are chit chatting inside instead of making drinks. The last 3 times I went in the afternoons, and my drink orders were wrong every time and took 20 minutes with only one car in the line ahead of me.
Other than that, the coffee is great. I just wish it didn't take so long. I would come here much more if I knew I could get my drinks quicker

my sister and i got two redbulls, which had zero flavor and were very flat, like they had been open. they didn’t have a lot of the flavors a normal coffee shop would have like pomegranate lol. and the two girls working were so slow. they had zero urgency and both side of the shop had really long lines. also $14 for two redbulls is absurd

I truly enjoy this little shop, I always get a lotus drink here. Staff is great, quick lines. I have not eaten food here but I presume it is just fine. I hope they get more flavors in time. My Riley dog definitely approves as well , he is a fan of whip cream on the lid. ?

Kid-friendliness: Our kids love the Italian sodas, and I've grown to love both the hot and cold americanos. Service is fast, prices are very reasonable. Sometimes they are very busy but the line moves fast.
