Was stated to begin with that the party was going to pay on two separate tickets, however, it was stated that, “we’ll deal it with it after,” or basically stating that they won’t worry about it now, but we’ll talk about it after, took two waiters/waitresses whom’ had come back to our table a few times to get a repeat on what the orders were, we had gotten some of our plates duplicated, and then they not only put everything on one ticket, with the 20% gratuity (which is why they obviously wanted to put it on one ticket), but they tried to double charge us. They then said that “they couldn’t split it,” again, this would be their trick move to make try to make you pay gratuity or to get the most out of you, but it’s a scam as well as their management not handling things well. I've heard horrible things about this place and getting to experience this first hand was an excellent experience because I got to share it with all of you!

What a cluster... The disorganization was so poor it was 'almost' funny. The food prices represent high end service, but the number of screwups we encountered indicates a significant lack of management capability. As an example, two different servers took our order. Staff came back 3 additional times to check the order. Two of the orders came out twice. Some of the orders were missing items. When we spoke with the manager, she was incredibly rude and uncaring. It was clear that she wanted us out quickly to shuffle more people in.
There were several people in our group that have been long time customers. While a couple of serving mistakes are understandable, following the persistent management rudeness, several long time customers have been lost.

I had the pleasure to have Alex as our server and he made us feel welcome for our stay. We come from out of town and we have never had a bad time. As far as food goes, the 32oz hatchet is the winner. I'd recommend it to one person or two as it's meant for. We look forward in coming back again and again. Thank you all so much for the work you do, from the wait staff, the cooks, and hosts!

I gave this location a try tonight and found myself considering this place as mediocre. I ordered the crispy brussels sprouts as my appetizer, they brought me completely overcooked sprouts brown all the way through with a dish bottled stone ground mustard.
For my main, I ordered the crossbuck burger- I asked for medium on the cook and was served a dry well done. I try to avoid using excess condiments on dishes like this, however to combat the dryness I had to have ketchup, which is something I never add to served burgers.
I have to say, there was far too much aioli mayo, 1 too much mayo, hardly any aioli, leaving an oily film on every bite. I will say this burger was not worth $19 and the fries were extremely salty, competing for McDonald’s level of saltiness.
The bartender was nice, she left me alone for most of the stay. She recommended some good beers, of which I tried and found myself in favor of the Pajama Party ex IPA and the Switchback. This could be a great location for dinner with friends but they should review their pricing while their quality is as it is.

This place was a disaster. Of the six beers they brew, four are IPAs, and none of the beers stood out at all. The guest beers aren't even from microbreweries (Coors Light, really?), and not all of the taps were used, so the only microbrewery beers they serve are their own.
They add 20% gratuity as the wait staff works on commission only. That's right - they don't even make minimum wage, so the business adds more money to your bill specifically to pay them, no matter how bad your service was. What a dumb practice that benefits the business while taking more money from the customer. I was okay with this initially as I usually tip 20% anyway, but I was expecting halfway decent service. Our wait for drinks was very much on the slow side, and I was especially annoyed when our server took his sweet time to give me my change. I even saw him service other tables while I simply needed $4 cash back. We left after waiting at an empty table for five minutes.
Out of the hundreds of breweries I've been to, this has simply been the worst. Don't let the pictures of the menu from years ago fool you. The beer selection is very lame now and I wish we didn't spend $40 for 4 small drinks. Skip this pretentious brewery with horrible staff and go somewhere, anywhere else. Your taste buds and wallet don't deserve this kind of letdown.
I'm now reading other reviews submitted recently and can confirm that this place has gone downhill a lot, both on the service and food. This place doesn't deserve a high rating whatsoever.

It was a very disappointing experience. The service was poor at best. We arrived within a few minutes of them opening for the day and yet had to wait 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. The business charged a mandatory 20% service fee on the bill. The menu indicates that this is for providing benefits and training for the staff. I’d suggest that you start by training them to have a sense of urgency and to move faster. I would have been happy to put up with the poor service if the food was good. Sadly it was not. The chicken served with the Caesar salad was so dry that it would have been completely inedible without the salad dressing adding moisture to it. The brussel sprouts were the exact opposite. While charred on the outside they were completely raw on the interior. I got a to go box so I could finish cooking them at home. Otherwise I would have thrown them away. This restaurant is a lot like convenience store sushi…. It’s expensive and you aren’t getting anything worthwhile for the money.

Walked in to place my order and didn’t feel welcomed at all. After waiting for a few minutes, the host was able to take my order as she was on the phone with a customer. Ordered the Steak Frites (USDA Prime Top Sirloin, Demi, Garlic Aioli) and substituted the fries for the broccoli (a $2-charge) I also ordered the Smoked Gouda “Mac” (Pork Shoulder, Candied Jalapeño). While waiting for my food, I was sat at the bar and ordered the Spicy Blossom (Rancho Alegre Reposado Tequila, Triple Sec, Hibisucs Syrup, Muddled Jalapeno, Lime Juice) which was pretty refreshing. Great service at the bar!
I was disappointed when I got back to my hotel. Unfortunately the thick steak slices were chewy and a bit grainy. It was not medium rare at all (no blood at the bottom was present) I had to spit out a chewy residue after each bite. Most of the broccoli florets were grilled correctly, the rest was really charred. The broccoli portion was too much compared to the steak portion. The deli-glacé was ok and lacked a bit of salt but didn’t see any garlic aioli with my food.
The smoked Gouda mac appeared to have the color of smoked Gouda but barely tasted any Gouda, to be honest. The cheese sauce was a bit runny and needed some salt as well. Only noticed 2 small flavorless chunks of pork shoulder in the container with some shredded pieces at the bottom of the pasta. I really enjoyed the candied jalapeños though. The idea behind this combination would have blended well altogether if this was done properly. I couldn’t finish my dinner because my appetite was ruined.
I figured the service and food quality would be outstanding based on the prices listed on the menu but I was wrong. None of the receipts were detailed and the prices did not match. I will NOT be eating there again.

We stopped in for happy hour to try out some beer and pub fare. The property is very cool with a great atmosphere inside. I had a pajama party hazy which was average with not much complexity. We also ordered the "Bavarian pretzel" and Brussels Sprouts. The pretzels are deep fried, hard as a rock and tastes burnt. We were told that's the way they make them. The Brussel Sprouts were over cooked, bitter and rich. Just not my thing. We did order the twice baked potato which was delicious. This brewery and the adjoining Walla Walla Steak adds a 20% service charge, which the business keeps. They explain that this money is for employee benefits. We left a 20% tip which goes to the server s. What a strange concept. The profits from the business are kept by the owners, the customers foot the cost for employee benefits and then you Need to tip the server because they likely make minimum wage. I wouldn't support this business practice. The food is already insanely expensive and adding 20% + 20% is just crazy. Can you imagine your tire shop or Safeway adding 20% to your bill so they can pay benefits to their employees?

Food was very good. I wasn't happy that the waitress felt the need to remind me that the "service fee" they tack onto the bill isn't a tip and that she deserved a tip.
Parking: If you get there at their busiest time, there is literally no parking in their lot.
