I had a great experience with my waitress Jimena. Such a lovely person. Was always making sure we had everything we needed and very kind and helpful. The food was delicious, the people were amazing and Jimena was a 5 star waitress.

Service was not good at all! food was very little and not good! Waitress checked up on us as we were finished, giving us our receipt! Overly charged and waited a long time for the food! It came one at a time, the other dish came as the other party was finished! Not pleased! We will not be back😤. The food was all cold when served.

This is the second time that I had gone to dinner Denny's in Walla Walla. My first experience was amazing friendly staff great food amazing atmosphere had a great time tonight my daughter stops by Denny's to pick up dinner and $88 later they bring home the nastiest undercooked under seasoned country fried steak and the chicken teriyaki sizzle plate and a side of fruit the fruit had a like film on everything with one rotten grape and I was absolutely horrified the chicken was not cooked properly in other words the vegetables they went with it which can make people sick because it is poultry and my daughters chicken fried steak was still pink in the middle the staff was borderline rude they had also gotten a shake that when brought out to them was just over halfway full I understand that people may not give a crap about their jobs but they are messing with somebody else's life here by serving undercooked poultry products with poor service lousy attitudes I am appalled by this restaurant I will be adding pictures to this post very shortly along with a date and time that they were ordered versus the date and time of the pictures that my daughter's boyfriend took.

The food was good! & our server Jessica, was amazing..Very nice girl!!
Eggs were overcooked, ham was burnt, no butter on our English muffins, server never came back after dropping off the food... never brought refills on water or coffee. Very over priced for what we got. This was our second attempt to eat here since they opened. We will not be going back ever! (I have ate at many Dennys over the yeaes. The one in Walla Walla is the worst!

Just wasted $80 at this place for a fourth time so I guess the joke's on me for coming back here. Each time I have eaten here has been negative, but I don't like to review based only on one two tries. That being said, tonight was the last chance I will ever give this place. The waitress was nice and attentive at first, then she completely vanished after handing us our food until we looked for someone to give us the bill. The food was horrible but I am mostly talking about what they consider hash browns. They're tiny shreds but the texture was either mushy, chewy or burnt and you could barely get any on your fork because it kept falling all apart and off the fork. The eggs were cold. The breakfast sausage was weird like it had a casing on it and was very rubbery and cold. The biscuits were way oversaturated with butter. No refills on our drinks either since the waitress was nowhere to be found. Lastly, I don't care if employees are chatting but my word these guys were very loud in the kitchen, kind of obnoxious. This location needs to get it together.
