The maximum estimated wait time is 26 minutes. I have waited for more than an hour. They did not even participate with the tracker online. I ordered at 6:00 pm. When I called them at 6:37 pm to check when it is coming, they said they have 20 pizzas and 10 drivers, but that still doesn't make any sense because it still shouldn't take more than an hour to get. I live close too. I have never had to wait for a pizza for this long. They need to seriously improve because 10 drivers are a lot of drivers even for 20 pizzas.

My wife has an autoimmune disease and cannot ingest gluten. She asked what precautions, if any, could be taken with preparing the gluten-free pizza. The workers assured her they could mark it as an allergy and would then be able to take precautions, including using a clean pizza slicer, when preparing the pizza. We decided to try and she if she would get sick. It is the next day, and she has had no symptoms. Thank you for being diligent in preparing our food!
Dietary restrictions: Shared an experience in the earlier post about this local walla walla making gf accommodations which is really thoughtful and nice at how open they were to doing this and being open with how busy they were and we worked with them and how busy they were and they cleaned up that spot in the kitchen. Can't say enough how much this means for my wife and I!!

This 9th street Dominos is a great go to after a long shift. The food is good, the service is quick, the staff is friendly and the delivery drivers are always friendly and prompt. I have not had a bad experience from this location ever. Keep up the good work 9th street Dominos.
Vegetarian options: They can make vegetarian pretty much with any order.
The first pizza I received was old and had a bunch of bubbles in it. I explained and brought the pizza back for them to see for themselves. They took the old pizza and gave me a fresh, nicer pizza. The service could've been better!

No toppings ever to the edge, I remember now why we quit Domino’s many years ago. We thought we would give them another go. Still disappointed. Never to the edge, little sauce and toppings to boot. Bummer, we like some of the crusts. I doubt they pay attention to these reviews, so what’s the point.

I've ordered from this dominos about 3 times so far. the only reason I give 4 stars is because first time I ordered a thin crispy crust pizza which is my favorite and some bread sticks and sauces and drinks and a few other items came out to about $40 not including tip. This is a treat for me I can only order out about once a month.Sadly The pizza crust was so oily and soggy and greasy it was inedible. I ate the toppings off but was really disappointed because I love thin crust pizza. The bread sticks were great. I've ordered a few more times the pesto and a custom one with the thicker crust and it was good no problem. Hot and yummy❤️?really fast service to! my only complaint is the thin crust! I won't order another thin crust from dominos but besides that I recommend.
