None of the people at this location are kind or have the uplifting spirits the other two locations have. Last drink I got they didn’t know it and didn’t mix the soft top on the rebel and when I put the straw in the drink it exploded all over my car.

I won’t get coffee from Dutch Bros. Their business model is to put up shop in parking lots. The one off 9th in Walla Walla is close to where people pull into shop for groceries. Second time in the last couple of weeks where I saw near accidents because of the traffic they create. Cars were backed up through three red lights so the kids just out of school can get their drinks. If Dutch Bros doesn’t do something about this I imagine they will be liable for some accidents that occur. Perhaps a personal injury lawyer could set up shop next to them and make a bundle! Not safe Bros do something about this.

My favorite place to get coffee in Walla Walla. It gets a bit backed up in the morning rush, so I always order ahead in the app. Today I'm sipping on a 911 w/whip and protein milk 🥰

Music was so loud they couldn’t even take our order properly, she messed up my redbull and gave us a coffee with burnt shots, and on top of that she was being very rude. Then gave us our total without asking if we had the app and she faked scanned our app and didn’t give us our points because we were(asking for to much) very disappointed in this shop, we are very loyal customers too…

I absolutely love Dutch Bros Coffee. In my opinion, they are way better than coffee drinks I've had from other places. They have exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere. They go above and beyond to provide their customers with a great experience and are very willing to alter drinks on their menu to suit what you want or need. I always recommend this coffee shop when asked where the best coffee is.
What appears to be the longest line actually moves quite quickly with staff walking to the cars to take drink orders. The people making drinks are usually very friendly and I enjoy doing business here.
