Music was so loud they couldn’t even take our order properly, she messed up my redbull and gave us a coffee with burnt shots, and on top of that she was being very rude. Then gave us our total without asking if we had the app and she faked scanned our app and didn’t give us our points because we were(asking for to much) very disappointed in this shop, we are very loyal customers too…

I absolutely love Dutch Bros Coffee. In my opinion, they are way better than coffee drinks I've had from other places. They have exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere. They go above and beyond to provide their customers with a great experience and are very willing to alter drinks on their menu to suit what you want or need. I always recommend this coffee shop when asked where the best coffee is.

What appears to be the longest line actually moves quite quickly with staff walking to the cars to take drink orders. The people making drinks are usually very friendly and I enjoy doing business here.

I am a regular who comes to this Dutch Bros literally every single day they make me the same drink every single day and it usually is really good and the girls are really nice today. I went and got my same exact drink and there was two new girls there which I understand people are learning. They made my drink and it tasted like pure black coffee. It was absolutely disgusting. I kindly asked them to remake it, and the two new girls gave me attitude and proceeded to remake my drink. However, when they remade my drink, it tasted worse than it did the first time. When I told them, they just looked at me with attitude in their face, like it wasn’t my problem, even though I paid for it with my money I am extremely disappointed because this is not the energy or vibe that Dutch Bros has ever given off nor do I feel like their manager would be happy about this situation. I hope those customer service. I just shook my head at them and drove off because I’m not going to be treated like that or deal with their attitude.
