Came here for thanksgiving dinner. Paid $65 dollars per plate. It was all cold. The turkey was cut up into chunks for the table to share. Turkey nugget style. We had to agree on 3 sides to share among 6 people. No salad, no rolls, no drinks, no dessert. Originally they didn’t even bring out the “Yukon puree”. We had to ask and they seemed put out that we wanted that. The gravy was honestly 1 cup total for all 6 of us. We asked for salt and pepper that they brought out in salad bowls. Serving utensils were an after thought and still short in number. The dressing was 3/4 crouton crunch. We had to pay 20 deposit per plate that was then added to the wrong check. We came here because in years past it has been fantastic. Unfortunately this was my first year. The waitress didn’t come back to refill waters and only offered to comp sub par dessert after she asked my date how the meal was. Not to mention it took 20 minutes for them to take our beverage order. At least we brought amazing company to spend the 2 hour with (no we did not linger). And yes the dessert, which should have been warm, was cold as well. Cheers to good story and thanksgiving dinner somewhere else next year.

Really wanted to love this place! Obviously the buildings and the accommodations are high class or at least want to be. Location is good if you wanna be out of town the lake is not a lake. It’s just a little pond! The restaurant and the bar area are a joke. Completely wanted to hang here and have a good night. A nice dinner after wine tasting in town and this place, totally flopped.

The Eritage bungalow was our home for 4 nights. The property is breathtaking from every angle starting with the driveway. The minute you arrive you know you are somewhere special. The resort was full for fall release weekend, but we recieved attentive service as though we were the only guests throughout our stay.
The property is beautiful and serene, and the bungalows are your private getaway. Very roomy but cozy, luxurious finishings, great sleep, perfectly clean and a memorable lake view.
It was a delight watching the sunsets over the rolling hills and observing the flock of birds as they dance above the vines daily.
Eritage is perfect for group travel, romantic getaway or quiet weekend recharge. The wine and phenomenal food by Chef Tanner were the cherry on top!
Overall, Jen and her team took great care of us making the experience dreamy. We will certainly return. Thank you Eritage ❤️

I am BEGGING you to PLEASE buy different shampoo and conditioners. Took three showers in a row using just about half the bottle of conditioner to try to be able brush through my normally soft straight hair. We are going to the store to get something else to use because these have turned all of our hair into straw. Have never felt this way at another hotel ever so these must be pretty bad.

This was a struggle to write, I don't like leaving bad reviews. The experience was amazing-ishly, staff incredible, yummy food and wine, beautiful location and adorable hotel. Down side is at night when the ground beetles come out with a vengeance. Woke up and walked to the bathroom stepping on tons of beetles. Btw those suckers are fast. While they are not harmful to humans they are not something you want to be sleeping with. We tolerated them-ishly. But when we got home and unpacked and they came out of our suitcases into our bedroom where we panicked. They can hibernate and go without food for MONTHS. 😬🫣

Exceptional venue. We loved everything about it- friendly and helpful service, relaxing atmosphere, clean, quiet, and the views are fantastic. Also like that it is a short drive into Walla Walla if you want to shop, go to other tasting rooms and such. Would love to stay again!

We are from Seattle and came for a romantic getaway at Eritage Resort- we were completely charmed. Our room was spotless, and opened to a lovely view of the peaceful lake, home to bullfrogs, geese, and turtles- we loved drinking morning coffee while watching and listening to them really throughout our stay. The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off - again so clean. All of the staff were warm and attentive, and the wines were excellent. Dog-friendly, impeccably clean, and surrounded by stunning scenery—Eritage is a true gem in Walla Walla wine country. We will be back!

The hotel is very nice and spacious. It is far away from the downtown area, it's kinda near a penitentiary, but the resort is secluded. Stayed in a bungalow, would definitely upgrade to a suite next time. Only for a bathtub, and to get away from the frogs. Room had a fireplace and large bathroom and balcony. Had a wine tasting at the hotel, and the wines with the view were great. Whenever I go back to Walla Walla, I will stay here.

My wife and I needed a getaway from Portland, Oregon for a weekend and this was just what we needed. Lots of sun, quiet, and relaxing with great food and service.

This property prioritizes profit over people. Our experience with Eritage was deeply disappointing and far from customer-focused. We booked our stay through Booking.com and received a confirmation email directly from Eritage that clearly stated they have a 48-hour cancellation policy—meaning cancellations up to 48 hours before the reservation would receive a full refund.

However, when we attempted to cancel within that window, Eritage refused to honor the very policy outlined in their own confirmation email, simply because the booking was made through a third-party site. This was never communicated upfront.

When I asked if we could at least reschedule the reservation for a future date, they declined without any flexibility or empathy. Instead, I was made to feel like the situation was entirely my fault—despite their lack of transparency and inconsistent policies.

Ultimately, this was a frustrating experience marked by poor communication and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly caution others to think twice before booking here.

If they are able to own up to their own policies and refund my booking I’ll remove this review.

Our family absolutely loves spending Easter weekend at this beautiful winery resort! The grounds are simply stunning—lush, picturesque, and perfectly maintained, with a serene lake that adds to the peaceful ambiance. The thick green lawn is ideal for the kids to run and play while we relax and enjoy the lovely outdoor seating area. Every year, the food is absolutely delicious, and the service is consistently exceptional. We’re so grateful for the thoughtful touches and the effort the staff puts into making Easter weekend truly special for the little ones. Thank you for another unforgettable stay!
