We tasted wine here. It's a very small intimate place we tried 2 of their flights of wines ? the server was very polite and accommodating. He was also drinking every wine that we tried. He claimed that he was just making sure that the wine was still good. This was the first time that I noticed that they didn't open the bottle, but used a needle type of device to remove the wine by injecting nitrogen into the bottle. The wines were okay, but a lot dryer than I liked.
The team here was so friendly and easy to talk to. It really felt like we had made new friends after our visit.The owner is passionate about wine and passed on that passion for skin contact wine with us -- something I had never tried before and now I'm hooked.
What a treat!! Tyler took the time to share both his knowledge and his wines with us. The tasting room is nestled right in with the barrels aging previous year's vintage. Tyler shared not only his great wines (Try the Eternal Darkness Syrah...... soooooooo good) but also ensured they were served at the optimum temp while legitimately decanting the reds. This was a nice little jewel to find and I would suggest visiting to anyone who wants to not only taste great wine but also...
