Kaylin at the counter was just so wonderful! She had great customer service, and was super quick with my drinks. I normally go through the drive thru here, but I'd go back in just to chat with this lovely girl!
Nice little coffee shop. Clean and friendly, coffee was as expected, & hard to find seating.
Great place to get coffee and go
Excellent drinks and fun people!
We are from out of town and they hit the spot with their white chocolate Moca coffee skills. Thank you for saving the day!!!
I like hot mommas food and drinks but prices are spendy the line is always a lengthy wait and it’s way more often than not a disappointment when I go in thinking I can get a maple bar or bagel with whatever drink I purchase but they don’t have any right now.at that point I’d rather not even have the drink because my mouth was watering and my mind was set for the combination and it’s frustrating that they never seem to have anything I want from their Food menu!

Try to stop in at least once a week with friends after a workout next door. I haven't had anything I haven't enjoyed.

Their latés are pretty good and their service is great but their drip brew is too weak for my preference.

Received a gift card so have them a try. Latte tasted watered down. Service was slow and they weren’t busy. I won’t be using the balance in the card.

Not a Starbucks fan and actively seek local or regional coffee places when traveling so was happy to find this place next to our hotel. The place has a very nice firefighter theme- more of an homage than decoration. That’s where my positive feedback ends. While the counter people were friendly they knew very little about coffee drinks. Drive through seemed to be very prioritized over counter orders annoyingly serving numerous vehicles while counter service languished and the coffee (I had a cappuccino) had little flavor. Whatever the reasons I avoid Starbucks Hot Mama’s made me appreciate it much more.

Being that I was standing next to a bakery case with what looked like "made in-house" items when I ordered, I was fairly disappointed when I got the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant.
The mocha was fine, maybe a little sweet for my taste.
Atmosphere is predominantly firefighter themed, which is cool, but then they also have a bit of other red pill stuff mixed in. I usually like my coffee without the politics, but you do you.

We drove down from the mountains and arrived at Hot Momma's at 6:06 pm to order our usual six drinks only to be told they closed at 6 pm when their advertising says 7 pm.

Neat little Cafe with a fun theme and delicious coffee. My older kids said it was better than Starbucks so we ended up going twice! They even had a small fire truck in the parking lot. My littles loved the stuffed Dalmatian. Very sweet and helpful staff. They even give you a hot tamale with your hot coffee, too cute!
Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff and adorable theme! Definitely worth a visit
