Stood in line for 5 minutes to order with noone around me, I ordered 2 large curly fries, And waited almost 15 minutes with a almost empty lobby. I asked for ranch and received nothing. The fries were not good either, There were a few over cooked fries and was clearly stale like how jack in the box is.

Rapunzel works here! Seriously, I will explain. To begin, my meal came to $18 with an upcharge from a drink to a shake. For $18 I would expect a quality meal... but oh no ..... not at this sorry excuse for a Jack in the Box. It was the 2nd or 3rd handful of magical fries that turn to mush when I noticed a hair in my mouth. Like anyone else would do I instinctively grabbed it and began to pull it out of my mouth. This hair, the end I grabbed in my mouth, had already reached my stomach. As I pulled and pulled chunks of food would be tangled within the hairy web that nearly made me vomit each time one of those chunks traveled the wrong direction up the back of my tongue. The hair had no end in sight. I pulled and pulled for what seemed like an eternity. I believe, I officially swallowed one of Rapunzels hairs. Absolutely grotesque and Jack needs to reel that hair in because after reading the reviews I am not the first victim of a Rapunzel hair grilled into their food. No, it could not have been mine, I have short hair, I travel alone and I do not have any friends or family who have let their hair grow since birth. This hair was cooked into the food. Sure, I could ask for a new meal but you know what? There is no meal on this planet, with or without the company of a celebrity, that would make this experience worth it. Rapunzel put that hair in a fish net or get out of the food industry.

Just came off my night shift at work. 3:20am I pull into the drive thru and he tells me they are closed. I said I thought this was a 24/7 jack in the box. He said something like the machine is cleaning for another 25-30mins. I came back 25mins later. He says sorry we’re closed the rest of the night. I said I waited 25mins and you should be open. He proceeds to ignore me until I drove away.

Terrible service they don’t pay attention to their lobby. I stood in their lobby for 10 minutes, waiting for sauce because they wouldn’t take my order management and crew needs a higher and rehire. Plus, they all look inbred

Franchise owner and managers should be embarrassed! Card system was down, no signs, found out when tried to order… is what it is. Ice wasn’t working. Literally every table inside was dirty. My fries were almost still raw! Bathroom reminded me of a truck stop near Portland! At 1340, after lunch rush…. At least 5 employees working with no customers, but no one bothered to be cleaning lobby! Pissed off at the prices vs atmosphere! Absolutely no pride anymore!
The Lady that works in the morning acted like she was on something. She couldn't hardly talk and of course the food was wrong. I ordered a meal and only got the sandwich yet was charged full price.

If i could zero stars i would! So to start my little adventure with Jack in the Box, i made an online order through door dash, one order of the cubes munchie meal with a regular oreo shake extra cherries no whipped cream. Got the shake but instead of getting my correct food (burger, fries, taco, and churros) i got a croissant supreme burger and only that (plus my shake). I tried reordering it through doordash after going through their options and guess what? I got the same exact thing for a second time! So i gave up and just got a refund through doordash and I tried calling the store multiple times and each time no one answered, i even tried a different day to call just to see if they were no longer doing that meal, again no one answered! I am beyond irritated, I have worked in fast food for over 2 years and its not that hard to answer the phone or make a meal correctly, if you are out of stuff fine, but write a note or something. Again terrible experience. Highly disappointed

I ordered a cluck sandwich meal n recieved it with half the fries missing n literally missing the chicken patty thanks guys for making me spend 23 bux on a meal with no meal n then you don't answer your phone to rectify the situation now I'm dealing with door dash the package was sealed n I know fir a fact it wasn't the door dasher thanks guys for letting me go hungry after I paid you clowns!
