The woman who was running drive threw was rude acted like I was interrupting her day very short with me then when I got home todicover I didn't get what I ordered. I called the store an told the same woman what happened she told me I was trying to get free food when all I wanted was the correct order this woman needs to not working with the public very very disappointed in this store

Had to come back twice for the same reason! Just ended up getting a refund. Make sure to check your orders this location likes to get it wrong, even multiple times. And I even tried calling before I came back but no one answered and I got sent to voicemail after that! Ridiculous.

I went through the drive thru for a few items a couple being the sauced loaded waffle fries I got like three small waffle fries in my box the other one had maybe five small ones I ordered a sausage croissant they gave me a egg and ham one this is the third time I’ve gotten messed up food and been denied compensation

Went through the drive through, they missed half my order in the bag. Drove around to go inside, all doors locked and nobody answering. Hour before the lobby was closed and it was locked up. Tried to call, every time they let it ring a few times then forward to voice mail. Only option was to go back into the long and RIDICULOUSLY slow line. By the time I got the rest of my food, the first half was cold.
I wasn’t the only one tonight, MULTIPLE customers went through exactly what I did.
The GM / managers should be incredibly embarrassed of this place. Minimal effort from this location and without a doubt if there wasn’t such a small selection of local places to eat this place would go under.
This isn’t the first time this Jack in the Box has failed at their job, certainly it won’t be the last.

Stood in line for 5 minutes to order with noone around me, I ordered 2 large curly fries, And waited almost 15 minutes with a almost empty lobby. I asked for ranch and received nothing. The fries were not good either, There were a few over cooked fries and was clearly stale like how jack in the box is.

Rapunzel works here! Seriously, I will explain. To begin, my meal came to $18 with an upcharge from a drink to a shake. For $18 I would expect a quality meal... but oh no ..... not at this sorry excuse for a Jack in the Box. It was the 2nd or 3rd handful of magical fries that turn to mush when I noticed a hair in my mouth. Like anyone else would do I instinctively grabbed it and began to pull it out of my mouth. This hair, the end I grabbed in my mouth, had already reached my stomach. As I pulled and pulled chunks of food would be tangled within the hairy web that nearly made me vomit each time one of those chunks traveled the wrong direction up the back of my tongue. The hair had no end in sight. I pulled and pulled for what seemed like an eternity. I believe, I officially swallowed one of Rapunzels hairs. Absolutely grotesque and Jack needs to reel that hair in because after reading the reviews I am not the first victim of a Rapunzel hair grilled into their food. No, it could not have been mine, I have short hair, I travel alone and I do not have any friends or family who have let their hair grow since birth. This hair was cooked into the food. Sure, I could ask for a new meal but you know what? There is no meal on this planet, with or without the company of a celebrity, that would make this experience worth it. Rapunzel put that hair in a fish net or get out of the food industry.

Just came off my night shift at work. 3:20am I pull into the drive thru and he tells me they are closed. I said I thought this was a 24/7 jack in the box. He said something like the machine is cleaning for another 25-30mins.
I came back 25mins later. He says sorry we’re closed the rest of the night. I said I waited 25mins and you should be open. He proceeds to ignore me until I drove away.

Terrible service they don’t pay attention to their lobby. I stood in their lobby for 10 minutes, waiting for sauce because they wouldn’t take my order management and crew needs a higher and rehire. Plus, they all look inbred
