Waited 20 mins in the drive-thru line then one of our sandwiches that should've had ham (CUBANO) did not have any ham, just bacon, cheese, pickle, mayo and mustard.

I have been a fan of this company for years. I am disabled and on a limited income each month, so when I do have a delivered meal, it is when I have saved and can afford it. This last time, I was unable to tip, but I received a receipt with the note to tip the drivers and an Un happy face. :( . Aside from the factor that I live in a state where the minimum wage is well over fifteen dollars and there was a five dollar delivery fee, along with the tax on the price of the meal... If I can post tip, I would. Although after getting this message on a receipt, I doubt I will ever tip. E staff at jimmy john's ever again..

This place never disappoints. Looking for something to fill you up for the whole rest of the day? have a sandwich at Jimmy John's. Make sure you don't want to eat dinner that night cause if you eat it for lunch, chances are you're gonna be full until dawn.
Quit charging $3 or whatever it is for cheese. Your a sandwich shop, cheese is a core ingredient of sandwiches. If I'm paying $14 for a sandwich it better already have cheese. Greedy

Wow! Just WOW, wanted cheddar cheese versus provolone on the#4 turkey sub and they would not allow unless paying more, was willing to pay but got so much grief for minor substitution….. I will never go back?

Changed from my original sandwich and tried a different one this time and it was really good, a Ham and Turkey with their hot peppers. Really enjoyed it and plan on having it again.
