Charged me for the wrong order when I kept asking to specify the total the lady at the window just took my card and charge me. Never said sorry just got the manager who then recharged my card for the right order..no apology or anything leavingy card negative.

It was good. My order was actually made the way I ordered it. When I order a burger without lettuce they also don't put any of the other items on it. Like if it comes with lettuce tomato and mayo they will not put tomato and mayo when I only said no lettuce.

Store 10173. Bernardo, GM. Ordered a McFlurry. I questioned the portion size. Told it should be 7oz and full to the top blue line on the cup. See picture. When I directed the managers attention to the 1 in gap between the product contained and its relationship to the blue line, her story changed twice. Once to a story about five swirls max from machine to cup and then to 7oz. max. I asked Candy, the manager on duty, to weigh the portion. She then stated that this store does not use a scale. Huh? Begging any questions yet, reader? Clearly this McDonalds cannot afford the extra two ounces of soft served ice cream to make a full portion.

Candy would rather pretend to take my name and promise a mini flurry in the future instead of simply adding the extra two ounces now. I spend about a $1000.00 dollars per year between Tricities and Walla Walla Mc Donald's restaurants. Candy would not know this trivial factoid at the POS, but I'm betting Burger King will appreciate my business just the same. I guess that depends on whether or not this franchisee also owns the local Burger King's as well. Candy is sadly under trained and over worked. 🙄 Perhaps a course in customer service is overdue.

Went inside since drive thru had a bunch of cars. Seriously we waited like 20 minutes to get our order. Good was cold. Unstaffed, terrible service and expensive. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant ate a quality meal in the same time for the same price. McDonald's sucks!! I won't be going to this one again

For how much are large fry is now you would think they would fill it a little more. I got a large fry and a drink and my total was almost $7. It's been years since I've been here and it will be a few more if ever I go back.

We visited this place after going to the Children's Museum. We just ran through the drive-through as we needed to return to the Tri. Cities, the food was hot and fast and tasty. It was a convenient stop
