The ice cream here is superb. It would be difficult to find a better ice cream place in the north west. Pinecone creamery offers a unique and delicious selection of ice cream. And, on a nice summer day, eating outside is delightful.

Sensational ice cream shop! Spot on for recreating childhood memories in the form of a delicious scoop. Shared a flight of four flavors for a steal at $9. Had the Honey Lavender, mint chip, cookies and cream, and chocolate orange!
I would make the five hour drive across the state for this ice cream for every craving!

We ordered a double scoop and two single scoops late Friday night. We received confirmation that the ice cream was delivered but the photo was black and our ice cream was nowhere to be found. We had our hearts set, so we reordered the same flavors and waited again. This time, we received notice that the ice cream was on the way... which is still what the status showed the next morning. I responded to the order confirmation email letting the store know what had happened. Less than 2 hours later I had an email response explaining their side (this was not their fault, it was something on the delivery side). The email included that they were refunding us for both orders AND they still wanted to make sure we got our ice cream. Rachel personally delivered our ice cream (plus extras) today. The customer service at Pine Cone is absolutely stellar, and their ice cream is even better. ;) If you haven't yet, give Pine Cone a try, you won't regret it!

It was delicious. Very spendy though. We purchased 2 vegan pints. There were only 3 vegan options on the menu. Two ice creams in an oat milk base: cherry and strawberry matcha swirl. Also, pineapple sorbet option. I would recommend it.

Despite the write-up of >Dozen vegan ice cream flavors, there were only 2 (one I’m allergic to) and a sorbet. They charge extra for vegan options. It was very busy on a Saturday evening but they were staffed up for the rush. However the service felt more automated than friendly. I one option was good, although strange. Vanilla was the only vegan option in pints.

If you like cookie dough ice cream good luck. While it is good, I have been trying for a month to get my hands on some. I went in today with their new weeks worth of ice cream and they were already sold out within the first 7 hours. I would think if it is such a popular flavor why they don't make more of it. Rather than be disappointed I will stick with my Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream.
Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is family friendly. The flavor variety of ice cream and pies is delicious. Love that they have affogato, 1 of only 3 places in town that offer it right now.
