Pizza was for take out. Showed up on time and it was 15+ minutes late; I guess that happens on Friday evenings. However, when it finally came out (nice and fresh you would think) it was dried and overcooked with these shrively little pepperonis on it. The box was full of what could best be described as pizza crackers. Admittedly, we got a thinner style crust, but the toppings were not hot and fresh...the whole thing was just very disappointing. We usually get the Big Cheese $6.99 take-out but decided to get something "better". I felt so ripped off walking away with a $25 excuse of a pizza when I would have been much happier with a plain cheese pizza from Big Cheese for $6.99...won't be back.

I was having a rough day, as soon as i walked up to the counter a employee named "doni" was so nice to me and brightened up my day to the max. i just want to thank him personally for making me feel better. the food was also amazing on top of the great service.

I've always loved pizza hut but the store in walla walla has been some of the worst food and customer service I have ever received. I don't think I'll be going there anymore. I've only been twice since moving to the area and both times my order was wrong, the staff were rude and my food was way overcooked.

Had a large half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. Took it home. Sorry to say the whole thing was terrible. The dough,the red sauce, the toppings it was sloppy not tasting good at all. What HAPPENED.? They use to be great, the best pizza. I tried 3 different times for take home. Sorry to say Papa M’s take and bake are now much better than here.

I hate to send everyone to one poor guy. But the manager Julio is so nice and really cares. Any time I have had issues he has made things right and made me feel ok. And the staff is pretty much always nice here.

This Pizza Hut charges a fee to deliver pizza……. I have never had to be charged for delivery. I have always tipped well. The money does not go to the driver it is just a fee that the local Pizza Hut believes you should pay for the honor have them prepare a meal for you. What’s next a fee to prepare your food so you can eat it in their building.
It also was the poorest pizza I have ever eaten at or from a Pizza Hut. The wings were over cooked and they forgot the sauce on top of everything else.
I live in California. My mom Loves pizza hut in Walla. So on special occasions I send her over pizza. It always comes quick, warm and delicious! Thank you crew at Pizza Hut in Walla Walla.
