Decided we wanted sit-down pizza experience and stopped by this Hut. We were greeted and then told to seat ourselves. We sat, unattended for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant. We got up and left. Just absolutely terrible service.

We ordered a large Meat Lovers pizza; it was the size of a Papa Murphy's medium pizza, but with less toppings to a comparable pizza from Papa Murphy's. It was loaded with grease, and quite honestly, was the worst pizza I've had in quite a while. The only positive thing I can take from this is that it was delivered in the amount of time that they quoted. The delivery person was friendly and personable, to say the least. I can order the same type of pizza from Papa Murphy's for half the price. I do recognize the fact that there is a bit less labour cost involved from Papa Murphy's, due to the fact they don't have to bake the pizza; this also cuts down on Papa Murphy's overhead. The reality is, you charged us $30 for a piece of crap. I have a blog that is similar to Yelp. I do not have near the following as Yelp, but I do have enough. Shame on you; the franchise that used to be the best in the United States.

I was at pizza hut today at 1pm for dine in lunch, and the lady at the cashier said no more dine in until 4pm. Does anybody aware of when did they stop doing dine in during lunch time?

The waitress was really nice, the food was enjoyable, it's just that the place feels quite empty. Overall, it's a really good place, in my opinion!

Food was great, service was a little lacking. Waitress brought food, never saw her again. We had 3 young children with us, never brought crayons or coloring pages. Had to ask for them.

Our waiter was so attentive and helpful. Besides the food we ordered was awesome. We ordered the all meat pasta bowl w added motz. Ch. And the newish .. Folds are great but need a dipping sauce to go with them. That's where the pasta comes in lol
Our pizza was over cooked and dry even tho I asked for extra sauce. Chicken wings were okay but never buying a pizza from there again.

Pizza was for take out. Showed up on time and it was 15+ minutes late; I guess that happens on Friday evenings. However, when it finally came out (nice and fresh you would think) it was dried and overcooked with these shrively little pepperonis on it. The box was full of what could best be described as pizza crackers. Admittedly, we got a thinner style crust, but the toppings were not hot and fresh...the whole thing was just very disappointing. We usually get the Big Cheese $6.99 take-out but decided to get something "better". I felt so ripped off walking away with a $25 excuse of a pizza when I would have been much happier with a plain cheese pizza from Big Cheese for $6.99...won't be back.

I was having a rough day, as soon as i walked up to the counter a employee named "doni" was so nice to me and brightened up my day to the max. i just want to thank him personally for making me feel better. the food was also amazing on top of the great service.

I've always loved pizza hut but the store in walla walla has been some of the worst food and customer service I have ever received. I don't think I'll be going there anymore. I've only been twice since moving to the area and both times my order was wrong, the staff were rude and my food was way overcooked.
