The staff treated me like a criminal when i was self checking out. I wasnt stealing and he watched me from so close i couldnt think. It made me very uncomfortable. Never again going there

I had zero CS tonight while checking out. A huge cart full to overflowing and was told I had to use self check out. I am not an employee. I don’t use self checkout. I had to put my bags of groceries on the disgusting floor. This is unacceptable! There were several employees walking around that could have opened a register. Next time I’m leaving the cart behind. This was utterly ridiculous.

This applies only to their delivery service. After a 4 hour delay, I finally heard from a shopper. The shopping process took well over an hour, then they had trouble processing my card (error on their end, not mine). They said the system was having trouble with some kinds of cards. Rather than ask me for another card, they simply canceled my order. No, I will not be attempting to use this service again.

I love Safeway but am a little concerned about something. Yesterday, Mar 1st, I bought a 20 Oz Toffee Breve from the entryway Starbucks. It was between 7:20 and 7:40 in the am. After getting my delicious coffee, I went on and purchased snacks for a Volleyball tournament. That total came out to $67 and some change. Today, when I was doing my online banking, I noticed my coffee total was $26.04

love the grocery store HATE the pharmacy. Told me a prescription for antibiotics would take an hour. Told them I live out of town and dont want to drive home just to come back. Well I drove back to town 3 hours later and they hadn't even touched it. Still took 25 minutes. pretty sure the rude lady just decided not to fill it unless I came back to ask for it. My daughter was sick and having really bad fevers, ended up in ER same thing took over half a day to fill. Service sucks and the people are rude as can be. Done with this pharmacy and would never recomend it to anyone. Pretty sure you could be on your death bed and they still would not fill a prescription until they wanted to.

need to employ help that gives service in the order people arrive..went to deli and was past up 2x.. this happens 2 to 3 time a week and I will stop shopping there if it happens again...RUDE!!!!

I just wanted to say Thank You for packaging 2-packs of jumbo cookies in a ziploc bag. I hated throwing away the previous plastic clamshells because they cant be recycled. I can re-use the ziploc bag. And finally, eating cookies out of a ziploc bag makes it feel like my mom made me a treat. Great Idea and I hope you will package more of your store goods in packaging that can be reused or recycled. Alison Kirby MD
A HUGE thank you to the manager here (wish I knew his name). The power has been out since 8:30 this morning and yet he gave us a great smile and even went into the produce section to get us avocados (produce was closed off for safety reasons since it was so dark.) I feel terrible for the store (meat, dairy and frozen food sections will hopefully be ok), but the people working there never let it get them down!

I go there quite often in the morning for breakfast and often there for lunch as well since I work close and my lunch experience has been wonderful in the deli I love the Chinese food and the employees are the nicest in the store with the exception of some of the checkers. But my biggest gripe is the donuts. My word it's really mind boggling. Almost EVERY single time I get them from there they are always pocketed full of air with nothing in the middle! I know it's because they are overcooked but come on throw them away if they've bubbled up like that don't serve it to your money makers. I want to like this place I really do but I'm in there more in the morning and it's almost completely ruined my Safeway experience.
