Nice for a quick lunch, service and food are good. Needs some urgent upholstery worry in some areas.

We have been in the area for awhile & one nice weekday we decided to try this restaurant. There are not many family style restaurants to eat at in Walla Walla that have a good salad bar etc.

Been here with my family and also to pick up for delivering to another customer. They're always great and the food is outstanding!

Worst burger I've ever eaten anywhere in my life. From the moment I bit into a crumbling worse-than-sysco-systems-glazed burger to the stale bun under it, I have never regretted eating anything more. Absolutely inedible and yet I made it half way through I was so hungry. Server was helpful, but food was so bad I would never risk ruining lunch again.

Good home cooked food, pleasant service and homey atmosphere. Great salad bar!

Smith's has a great menu selection and ample portion sizes delivered nice and hot. Staff was friendly but could have used a few more servers.

Excellent suite.. walk in closet! Cool bathroom with opaque sliding door. LOTS of space, comfy bed. Excellent free breakfast!

The atmosphere was nice. We got great service. The salad bar looked great and it was very clean. I gave them three stars because I thought the food was very bland.

I didn't really know what to expect, as it was my first time here. Seems like a nice small community business. The atmosphere was pretty cozy and warm. The service wasn't the best but it wasn't terrible. Nobody was in a particular rush to take our orders but it didn't take forever either. Honestly, the whole experience was hit or miss. The pancakes were fantastic but my eggs were fake, which was a major let down. Not only were the eggs take but they were cold. The coffee was pretty good though. I will probably return, down the line, to give them another try. Oh, they have a decent salad, so maybe I will try that!

All u can eat salad bar was decent but it wasn't a buffet as the website leads you to think. Husband had a Malibu chicken sandwich it was decent. Very sweet staff but not super attentive. Probably won't return to this restaurant.

Smith's is a great family restaurant. It's rather old fashioned. I gotta say, I have had crepes in just about every restaurant in town and Smith's has the best. They are thin, light, and crisp on the edge. Have them warm the fruit, they will be glad to do it.

Not impressed. Dinner salad was sub par. Dinner roll was good though. My ice tea glass has been empty for over 25 minutes. Still have not received my dinner. About ready to walk out and go somewhere else. Waitress has come by numerous times and not refilled my tea. This is sad. So many reviews on how good the service is. Cannot prove it with my experience.

The atmosphere is nice. A most awesome salad-soups-desserts bar according to my husband, ha ha ha, he likes the "all-you-can-eat" option. The food is great. Several kinds of soups to choose from. Mid-range prices but well worth every penny. Friendly staff (our granddaughter works here so no bias at all, ha ha ha). Sports (muted sound) on TV's throughout the restaurant. Great for families. Banquet room. We enjoy our visits.

My wife and I visited this place when we went to Walla Walla and found the service to be amazing. The waitress who is studying to become a nurse was so sweet and cute. Prices are a little high for the type of food they are serving that would be the only reason for us not going back. Soup was a little on the burnt side but the salad bar was stocked with fresh and crisp vegetables.
