Made a reservation to celebrate my mother's birthday. The hostess I spoke to on the phone to book the reservation was friendly and informative. In oerson the staff was lovely and personable and the food was as delicious as always. Tried some new items that weren't on the menu the last time we went in, the cheese cake, and Mud Pie are to die for! Rode the bull before we left and laughed my butt off. I was reminded of my age the day after (seriously stretch and loosen up in the shoulders and neck or everything above the chest is really stiff for the next 2 days.) And don't wear polyester pants, that fur is slick!Parking: Lots of parking spots availableKid-friendliness: Games for children and adults such as an egg thing, darts, pool, plus the mechanical bullWheelchair accessibility: Business is wheel chair accessible for the majority of tables.

We went there today. Amazing staff. Thank you Melisa you were such a treat as our server. Other staff members served us also. Amazing food, atmosphere. Drinks and service. Staff was very detailed on there menu, and telling us up coming events. Check your bank statements! Overcharged.I had an unfortunate experience of being charged wrongly (3 different transactions of different amounts). Thankfully, I check my statements and realized it quickly. I have called to fix it and while the manager said he was running a refund, a few things to note: there was never an apology for this happening (even though it was VERY clearly their fault), no resolution other than being told I was getting a refund (and then not happening), after being told I had signed the other checks I asked for a picture of them because I know for a fact I did not, I was told they wouldn’t (surprise surprise when it was wrong on their end), AND multiple phone calls about the issue that wasted my time to undo their problem.A week after my initial conversation, I had to call AGAIN because it was in fact not done. In the conversation I expressed my disappointment and surprise that there was no apology for this occurrence, which manager completely dismissed. And did nothing to even make up for the situation along with the wasted time I had to spend calling them again and again.It is beyond disappointing to see this kind of response to an issue caused by the restaurant themselves. Taking ownership and responsibility is unfortunately not an attribute that I will connect with this company. Previous to this occurrence, I really enjoyed coming here even though the service is always too relaxed when it comes to timeliness. However, this situation speaks for itself.Disheartening.

I was very excited when I first walked in as there was a bull and live music. Things quickly went downhill when I noticed the bartender using a jigger to measure drinks (simple well drink) but wasn't even filling it up. Felt like I was in Utah where you barely get 1.5 oz. I decided I would not be coming back when I received my tab and there was an automatic 20% service charge added on. I have never seen this before. Interesting business model where they assume you've received such excellent service you want to tip 20%. It's basically a hidden fee. Raise prices on drinks if you want but the automatic fee is ridiculous!Staff was friendly and the vibe was fun otherwise.

Only after you eat and you get you bill they tell you that since the owner doesnt want to pay their medical insurance they add on 20% mandatory tip. Cold fries, no refill on my drink and she never came back offering or asking if we needed something. Oh it gets better, while looking at the menu while waiting the 25 minutes to order in an empty restaurant I was informed the bar menu was only available.

I personally hate giving bad reviews, and it wasn't all bad. The waitress Kendall was amazing to work with. She was on point with her service and you don't see customer service like that anymore so kudos. I had all 4 of my children ride the bull and honestly, just because their kids everyone clapped so that was kind. It was alot of fun and the atmosphere was great. The food was decent and I would say above par, but nothing too rant or rave about.I'm sad to say there's no way I can return though so we won't be back. The thing that killed the trip was a mandatory 20% service charge. Maybe because there was 6 of us, maybe because of washington state fees? but when you have 4 kids, you don't have alot of choice and if a 20% service charge is mandatory, can't return. Our dinner bill was $180 for 6 of us. Granted we paid for the bull rides for the kids (even though the 5 year old freaked out and didn't really ride, but thats not your responsibility)so that was 20 of it, but still. Most places disregard the 20% service charge on our party of 6 because our kids are between 5 and 10 and theres 4 of them. It would be different if there was more than 2 adults, but because of that there's no way we can return.Again, everything was great why we were there. The cost is just too outrageous for a family venue.Kid-friendliness: The attention the kids received for trying the mechanical bull the first time was extremely nice. Everyone smiled and had a blast.
