Terrible experience from start to finish. I came here hoping for a fun night of karaoke, but instead I was treated like a burden the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly rude and made me feel completely unwelcome—no greetings, no help, just attitude. It felt like they didn’t want customers at all.

To make things worse, the place smelled awful. There was a strong, musty odor throughout the building that made it hard to even enjoy being there. It felt dirty and poorly maintained, and nothing about the environment was inviting.

We ended up leaving early because the energy was just plain uncomfortable. Between the rude service and the bad smell, I honestly regret wasting my time and money here. There are plenty of karaoke places that are way more fun and respectful—this is not one of them.

Great, lively and kitschy karaoke bar. Everyone was having a great time and it is obvious that it has many regulars.

I really hate leaving bad reviews for businesses, but these people are the fun police. If I could’ve chosen zero stars I would have. We had a decent group of people to stop by, have fun, and sing some karaoke. The guy behind the MC table was overtly rude and annoyed by multiple people in our group and their song choices for no reason. The older lady who seemed like and owner/manger was extremely rude and kept coming over to our section if we sang along to loud to a song or cheered to loud after someone finished as “we have other people in the bar who do not appreciate it”. Yes we are from out of town, but we were made to feel weird being in their bar by how we were treated by multiple staff members all while spending a good amount of money on our bar tabs. Highly recommending to skip this bar and find a different place to have fun.

I’ve never been to a bar where it felt like the staff didn’t want us there, until I went to Karaoke Palace. This was the strangest and most uncomfortable bar experience I’ve ever had. There were signs around the entire bar about how we should behave and things that we are not allowed to do (like cheer and clap for our friends when they are singing).

My friends walked in a few minutes before me, and had asked the waitress if they serve cocktails. They mentioned that they don’t and only have beer or wine. After which my friend looked over to our other friend and said if there’s a bar around here, we can go grab a quick drink (we were in Walla Walla to celebrate a 30th birthday). To which the waitress responds if you go leave to go to a bar, you will not be allowed back in here.

As soon as I walked in and sat down a rude waitress came up to me and asked me if I was going to buy something. I said that I was good for now and would order in a little bit. She then told me that I have to order something if I wanted to stay. I ordered a few waters, which were “great value” brand, of which each bottle cost $5.50. I agree with a previous review, that if I could give this establishment zero stars, I would.

Super unprofessional and rude staff. I will never give them another dollar.

Workers there were rude and scolded our friend for cheering. So many rulessigns around the “palace” stating no whistling, no hitting your hand on the table etc. For a can of non alcoholic seltzer water it was over $6, which was more than some of the beer and wine options.

Very sad establishment. Beware the anti-fun witch. Charged my friend $6 for water since she wasn’t buying an alcohol beverage.

Where do I start... Nice museum of old stuff, always fun to watch karaoke... Until the anti fun witch comes rolling out. Almost worth going there to see all the "no" signs posted everywhere, and of course to be scolded and kicked out. The reviews don't lie, it's bonkers.

I cannot believe I’m having to write this. Imagine you and your five friends want to all go out, and being responsible, one of your friends if the DD. So, of course, they will drink water (or something non-alcoholic).You walk in, and the place is empty besides another table. Everyone orders their drinks, and the last person (the DD) asks for a water and the server tells them to leave! That “if you’re only having water, you’re taking up space for people who would order a drink!”We all decided we’d leave at the point. I understand if the whole party, or majority of the party orders water, I could see the establishment frowning upon that (you need business, after all). But for them to not only encourage safe driving and being responsible, but for them to be upset over it, is a reason me or my friends will never come back.Shame on you all. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised given the other poor reviews on here, but this is absolutely absurd.

Went with a group of six people with a designated driver. Designated driver order a water informed us that everyone at the table needed to order drinks. We were the only table in the establishment. We left, the server became incredibly rude. How can responsible customers be the problem when nobody else is even patronizing?
