We loved this place when we went for Valentine's Day! We went to go again tonight just to find out that they've closed due to new ownership! We're very sad because the food was delicious, the people were friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. This place will be missed.
I had the chicken parm with meat sauce. It was delicious.
Fabulous date night! Amazing food and friendly staff! Highly recommend!
We found this gem in old downtown Walla Walla for dinner one evening. They were dog friendly out on patio so we gave it a shot. Our waiter was very friendly, quick and helpful when it came to helping pick out items. The menu was plentiful and i was excited that it was Coke products for drinks as i was the one in our party that does not drink wine. You have to try the marinara & Alfredo dipping sauce with the breadsticks! I was grateful that i was able split the lasagna as it was so good but too big for a single person. Couldn’t leave without getting dessert and it didn’t disappoint. When walking in old town Walla Walla you should stop as you shouldn’t be disappointed
ordered food to-go close to closing time. When i entered, i was helped relatively quickly, and the wait time was acceptable, but the meatball sandwich i got was not up to par. the bread was rock hard, there was half-melted cheese on top of three relatively small meatballs. for 20$ i can go to any sub shop within 10 miles and get a better portion of food with fresh bread.
Ordered doordash from this place, ordered pasta with sauce and a soda. First of all the lady there was rude to our dasher, she then preceded to say that i hadnt paid for the sauce on the pasta when my DoorDash receipt clearly said i did 17$ for sauce by the way also refused to give me a soda even though i paid for it and it was on the receipt. So canceled my order because it was not what i had ordered and of course zero refund. Very unprofessional and to be rude to a doordasher who is trying to make sure my order is right is downright appalling, also who wants pasta without sauce?

I have read several of the negative reviews, and I am surprised at some of the patrons' responses. My husband and I have dined several times at the WW Pasta Factory and have very much enjoyed the food. The only slightly negative criticism I can agree with is the time it takes for your food to arrive. But I am there to enjoy the downtown charm and my husband's company, so even that is not a deal breaker for me. My salad has always been fresh, my pasta hot, the bread delicious, and I have never been asked to save my fork for the next course. I love this place :).

Our server was lovely and attentive. Food was meh, really lacked flavor. “Fruit cup” with kids meal was a packaged fruit cocktail. Really overpriced for the poor quality of the meal. The food portion of our bill was $90- no appetizers, basic pasta and sandwich for the adults and 2 of the meals were kids. Cannot recommend.
Kid-friendliness: Staff was kind to the kids and brought kids cups. Outside seating was all either tall tables or fire pit tables- not ideal

In town from Phoenix visiting some family at our cabin near Dayton, made an afternoon trip to Walla Walla to check out the downtown. Four of us each had something different and everything was delicious. Pasta was perfect and the sauces were fantastic, I had the Chicken Alfredo. Caesar salad was delicious as well. Really glad we gave it a try.

We were super disappointed honestly. I ordered a raspberry Italian soda that had zero raspberry flavor or sweetness and was put in a soda cup with whip cream over flowing & dripping down the sides. I sent it back thinking they forgot the syrup but the second one they brought me was not much better and in same condition dripping down the glass. Then the salad we had was fresh but ranch dressing was awful…I believe it had spoiled was extremely sour. I complained and was offered another salad with different dressing and it was okay.I had the chicken fettuccine and it was okay no real flavor and my daughter had the chicken Parmesan and noodles were extremely under cooked. All this for $60!!!! Sorry folks but I don’t recommend this restaurant at all!

Salad was really good. Bread sticks had no flavor and chicken with pasta. Did not have any seasoning and did not taste good. Too expensive for what 4 of us had today for.
