The hilltop setting offers beautiful views. In good weather, the outdoor tasting area is spacious and ideal. The wines (red and white) were excellent examples of the different varietals. Very impressive wines!! Deena is an excellent host and walked our group through the wines to introduce those newer to wines of the region as well as answer questions from the aficionados. I Highly recommend visting the winery.

Very disappointing experience at Walla Walla Vintners. Originally booked for the tasting room. Arrived and found the tastings were being conducted in the distillery room, what I would refer to as the “warehouse “. It was noisy, cold and full of fruit flies which were constantly dropping into our single wine glass. A “ seasonal grazing board” was supposed to be provided, but because of the flies, it was under cover and dried out and never refreshed . We’ve never experienced a tasting where there was only one glass provided for the multiple flights and not even a glass of water. We witnessed a couple parties walk out. The sommelier/ host was informative and very courteous but the atmosphere left much to be desired.

The staff was amazing. Very knowledgeful and attentive. The wines were amazing. It was our favorite stop of the weekend. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town.

Got to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in Walla Walla and it was nothing short of a great time. Part of that trip was enjoying a picnic at Walla Walla Vintners and it was top notch. Great weather, great facilities, wonderful food / snack pairings (---wifey inhaled the fig spread), wonderful staff (---looking at you Alex), and of course, great wine. We had a lovely visit and wine tasting with our group of seven! The winery is stunning and we sat outside under the umbrellas enjoying a beautiful day. Crystal (not sure on the spelling!) was our host and was wonderful! She was full of information and knowledge about the wines, winery, and the area. We felt very well taken care of. This was one of our favorite stops in Walla Walla and we would love to visit again!
