Graduation dinner made easy and memorable, thanks to West of the Blues Barbeque. I’m so happy I found these wonderful people on Facebook. Beef brisket was perfect, quite possibly the best I've ever had. The owners that run the truck were very nice and let us try samples before we bought anything. They don't have a huge menu, but what they make, they perfected! Highly recommend if you are craving some barbecue!
