This has been the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The service from the front counter lady was just awesome! She was very helpful with my order. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

Pulled up to the drive through to get some sundae’s for my kids and wife, the young lady at the drive through instantly came out with one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. Keep in my mind my kids were in the back seat. Me and my wife did not take it seriously until I asked if she can give me a sec she responded with “have $18.90 ready at the window”. My daughter asked why she was screaming, I wondered the same. I tried getting her attention many times to request one more item, sadly I was completely ignored. Went up to the window to ask her if she was having a bad day and she completely blew off, it did not take long before she completely walked off on us leaving us no option but to leave. Wapato Dairy Queen, you really disappointed my kids.

Went to this location since I live in town and seems like every visit, they skimp on the amount you are given. Most recent ordered a banana split and was given hardly any icecream, like what's going on, are they going to run out of they give you a decent amount. Very disappointed, might just start driving to toppenish from now on.

Ok when I came here earlier this year in 2023 I got 7/$7 meal deals and we stood there looking at a lady who can do the job better than this kid boy that was there! Because I'm native and said no tax he tells me that the price was exactly $50! I didn't get no change back even tho it was a $1! It was supposed to be $49. He had an attitude like this is my family's restaurant I can do what I want! But he messed something up and who came to fix it? That lady. But today on Halloween 10/31/23 was like OMG she's serious about no costumes! But EVERY HALLOWEEN IT DIDN'T MATTER ADULTS ALWAYS GOTTEN ICE CREAM THERE! Oh because we had no costume, yep you guessed it!... No ice cream! That's completely new with this new owner! Only thing you can fix here is hire people who's not family! Even tho my kids got an ? it did not look like this! The ice cream only came to the top of the cone looking flat no swirl on top like usual! I miss the old days here! Plus they never give gravy or cheese when you ask for it! And all these positive comments are all family no doubt!Oh BTW when I pulled up I seen a guy wearing no costume getting a ice cream cone! He was only wearing jeans and a sweater no face paint nothing! They all have that attitude here tho! I stopped ordering food here! Idky I thought today would be different!

I recently went to this DQ because I was hungry for fish and chips but no! I got chicken strips and was very disappointed. I won’t be going to that DQ anymore thanks to no ears workers, ruined my appetite!

The drive through worker was rude and we ordered Pepsi and he gave us root beer he was madly handling our food I didn't feel like cooking I had a double shift last night and worked today and thought it be nice to take my kids out to eat but getting the bad service there was terrible I don't think I would be back here

The minute you step inside the air freshener is overwhelming and not in a good way. I had planned eating in, but after the attack of the scent. I needed to use the restroom, my sinuses could not handle the overwhelming amount of scent. They were kind enough to give me the bathroom code prior to ordering. Once I came out I got some food and left. Unless desperate, will not be going in to this location, just because of the smells.
