We were on a motorcycle trip on a sunday. Nothing but mexican food in Othello. So we saw Warden and a burger joint. Best out of the way burger you could hope for!! The lady who owns it is very sweet and she can cook! Juicy homemade burger not frozen. Outside dining only but it was a beautiful day!

This is a QUALITY burger joint! I was coming home from a day trip with my family and decided to take us on a little detour to grab dinner, and we were not disappointed!! The food was fresh (our fries were still whole potatoes before we walked through the door), and I can confidently say that I was served up the best double bacon cheeseburger I have ever eaten in my life (and I’ve eaten some pretty tasty ones)!!! The service was both fast and excellent, and I would thoroughly recommend this spot to anyone, even if you have to take a half hour detour to get there, it’s worth it for what may very well be the best burgers in the western states!

Kitchen was dirty inside. Flies were flying everywhere inside. It was my first time and I was willing to give it a try. I ordered cheeseburger with fries and chicken strips with fries, total was $22.00. After I ordered I waited in my truck and food was delivered to me in 2 separate paper bags. I opened one bag with chicken strips and it looked like it was just thrown inside the bag, fries were everywhere and so was the grease… napkin inside was completely soaked in grease. The next bag had the cheeseburger which looked promising but when I opened it, toppings were sloppily thrown on the burger and mayonnaise was everywhere. I was so disgusted I didn’t even want to have a single bite. I called and requested a refund. Money was given back to me with apologies from the staff. I was really disappointed and shocked a place like this has a 4.8 star rating on google, looks like the people are lying about their experience 😂

It’s rare to find a place that excels in both service and quality of food, but Gramps Burger Joint hits the mark on both counts.
I highly recommend this fantastic eatery to anyone passing through Warden or looking for a new favorite spot. Five stars for sure – I can’t wait to return!

A great little place for some Real Homemade fries and burgers! These ladies whipped 4 burger with fries and a chicken strip basket in no time flat all while chatting it up just like you were in Grandma's kitchen. It is worth the time and drive to stop! I will 100% be making this place a regular stop.
