I had place a online order last night went to go grab my food through the drive through last night before 10:30 and the closer was extremely rude would not talk to be about refunding my order because he said he has been closed since 7pm and yelled that it’s customer service problem now and won’t talk to me about my order he needs to be fired or demoted terrible service never has happened before still haven’t gotten a refund
You can't beat the Family meal coupon at BK for value. Coupon code 2287 gets 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries for $20.

Every time I go here it's at least a 20 min wait for food no matter how many cars in the drive through. The food is never good, either cold, sloppily made, or old.

There were three cars in line to take order so figured it wouldn’t be too bad. Took 20 minutes to even get to the mic to order. Gal on the speaker was nice and quick and took our order properly. But have now been sitting waiting to even get to the window to pay for another 20 minutes and there’s still two cars ahead waiting for their food… this is ridiculous. Highly recommend avoiding the establishment if you need to be anywhere. Waiting nearly an hour for two burgers definitely not worth it.

I visited the drive thru at this location and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from a young man named Alex. His welcoming manners genuinely brightened my day. Not only did he make me feel valued as a customer, but I also accidentally left part of my order behind, and Alex went above and beyond by finding my car in the parking lot to ensure I had everything. Burger King is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. Alex, keep up the fantastic work! I wish you all the best in your career—you’re doing an outstanding job!
All lies, no breakfast, closed lobby during the day, idiots and slow. Please close down so we can get a better place in here
But only did I have to wait for at least 20 minutes or more just to place my order then had to wait at least another 15 minutes to actually get it there was nothing fast about it aha the food was cold and sloppy. I used the drive through

A consistent disappointment. It's been this way for years. At this point, I think it's safe to say that the owner of this location doesn't care. Expect a 10 minute wait, minimum.

Horrible people here!!, constantly making rude remarks to coworkers, customers etc.., I have no clue how the manager here is still working, completely unprofessional environment. This place should’ve been shut down long ago.

This place is a joke! w/ 5 cars on drive tru and not even moving, we decided to go inside w/ 3 more customers! and we we’re waiting for so long 20-30 mins before we got our order. with only 3 people working. seriously? understaffed and saw the guy infront bagging the food touches his hat on and off with the sweaty hair! so gross! then continued to bag orders! I do not recommend this place. sorry!

The worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had, hands down. They got my order wrong and when I VERY politely asked if they could correct it, I had to repeat happened 4 times to both of the drive through employees. The girl with the brown ponytail at the window rolled her eyes several times at me and asked me extremely condescending questions to show that she was annoyed. Practically through the bags at me in the car. She then forgot the second order and hostilly asked me what I ordered. I called the Burger King after I got out of the drive thru to speak to a manager. The guy interrupted me and told me if this is a prank call he doesn’t have time because I “sound like a little girl”. Nope, not a prank call. Asked to talk to a manager and they are “supposedly” going to “call me back”. Manager of this chain, please do.

Took 20 minutes just to order with only one person in front of me when I came in. The burger was gross and sloppy. The dining room was filthy. The staff was rude to everyone I saw. Too bad this is is the only fast food option in the area.
